DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Have been trying to get my CPAP and supplies from them. Two times now I have arrived for a scheduled appointment only to be told that the person I need to see is not there and that they have been trying to call me. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! I had to contact them in the beginning as it had been a month since my sleep test, it’s now going on 2 months and no equipment yet. I wish it was possible to give them a lower rating because one star is a hundred times too much for them. Will be tracking down a phone number for their parent company and letting them know what kind of operation they have here. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, RUN, DON’T WALK, AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!This is a later review, was told I had to go back to them as they were the only place in Memphis. First, they had no record of me ever being a patient with them, I had to go back to the sleep center and get my prescription again. Once the order was placed, from the sleep center, they finally agreed to help me. “Help” is not what they provide though, I get to my appointment, the lady at the front desk won’t even get up from behind her desk and computer to open the glass to speak with me. Finally got her to understand who I was and I was asked to have a seat, another lady comes out and takes my new machine and goes to program it, she is gone for maybe 10 minutes, comes back, hands me the machine and tries to run back behind closed doors. I asked her a couple of questions as I don’t know how to operate this machine and all she says is “ I don’t know “. I just gave up and told her I would call the company. Guess what, when I turn it on the programming is not correct! I can see why this joke of a place has an average rating of less than 2, I’m really surprised it’s that high. I’m going to try to find somewhere in St Louis or Nashville to get it taken care of, WHAT A SORRY EXCUSE FOR A HEALTHCARE ESTABLISHMENT!”

The woman who answered the phone when I called about getting oxygen when I came there for a few days is so rude and ignorant. She tells me I can’t have oxygen from her because two companies can’t bill at the same time. I said ok but people travel all the time and get oxygen delivered I know because the hotel told me this. She’s like oh well guess you need to find them and ask them how. SERIOUSLY??? Is this not your job???People travel alllll the time state to state and swap companies!!Now I see why your reviews are so horrible!! You clearlyyyyy need new staff!So flight CANCELED!!!Thanks sooooo much to your horrible company!

I truly wish Google had a Zero rating as would gladly use it on this company called Rotech. The staff are a big bunch of lairs, incompetent time wasters.Please ask your insurance company Not to use Rotech. These folks are useless! Trust me.......

Should be zero stars… company shoes up at my house , calls and text regularly trying to pick up a machine that my insurance paid for. They stopped sending me supplies… in the beginning was constantly sending me back to my doctor and he couldn’t understand why yet I’ve been compliant , mostly 100 percent. No one ever knows anything but I’m always getting calls to pick up a machine that’s mine

Unfortunately, I have changed my 5* to a 1*My original pleasure with the prompt on phone order evaporated when 3 weeks later I had no supplies.When I called tonfollow up the local rep told me there was no record of my order. She suggested I call the corporate office, so I did.The higher up found my order, and with me on the line called the Memphis store. The local girl sounded annoyed and hung up the phone on us.The corporatenrep called back and with the manager placed my order for supplies.4 weeks later, no supplies arrived.I called the local branch and the same sounding irritated woman told me me order was shipped and delivered.After objecting, I asked for a manager.The manager, after 10 minutes told me the order was being held up because there was a "non compliant patience" notice that I had to address.When I asked how do I fix this, the girl told me the hold verbiage was redacted and she sent me to the corporate office.After 10 minutes the corporate office told me the same exact thing that the local office told me;"She could not see the notation" so she forwarded me to the Compliance team.After 10 minutes with the compliance team I was told for a third time that the non-compliant verbiage was redacted and they had to refer me to the Compliance Management Team.After another 10 minutes a rep at this level informed me that my supplies were now approved.Friday I received a shipping notice. Nobody ever told me why my order was labeled non-compliant, and nobody asked me a single question to rectify this.It tells me that the non-compliant flag was mistakenenly put on my records.Worse, is that they had my email.address, the notes at the lowest level called for me to be notified, yet not one of these people ever e mailed me.èmThis company, at least the Memphis branch, is the worst that words can describe.I will never.use Rotech again.

The reason this company has a low rating is firstly , rude , do not listen, argument spirits , no customer service skills. No home training, the only reason I gave one star because that was the minimum I could give I would not given 0ne star. The incompetence of this supposed to be receptionist by the name of Latasha or LaKeisha I was speaking with her in a calm tone and she just hung up in my face. But beware of doing but I had no choice I got with them because my cpap was recalled and they were the only ones that had cpap machines. They send you back and forth meaning no one knows what they are doing. But please remember when people are respecting you that is their character . When people are nasty for no reason that is their character but this will come back around 10x worst and you or a love one will need help really bad do when you get this back remember how nasty and insecure & how you are angry with yourself. I pray for you. We can always do better if we want too. Personal choice is yours.

Paid off my cpap 2 years ago, have no balance on my account, no active rentals etc. They keep sending me letters for nonpayment saying they'll send it to collections, i called the billing department 4 times to sort this out and each time they had no idea what was going on. They told me to disregard the letters, calls and invoices and that they would stop. They're still harassing me even though they admitted i owe them nothing. Stay FAR away from this company. I will never purchase from them again

Referral for cpap made on January 31,2022. No cpap given and it is February 23, 2022. Spoke with J** on February 21, 2022. Informed that they are waiting on authorization from insurance.I called my insurance company. Insurance only needed the prescription. Called preferred medical to check on status on February 23,2022. Issue could not be resolved. Told that only one person could help and she is off for unknown days.Receptionist hung up on me mid sentence.***Very poor response and customer service. Unorganized. No notes made of phone calls. Poor follow up on initial referral. Limited assistance offered to customer. Would not recommend.

Worst service ever!!!! Cry…..and Jas….. will give you a complete run around. Rotech dropped the ball and didn’t submit the proper documents to the insurance company. Rotech picked up my CPAP on March 4, 2022 l file an appeal was approved my insurance sent me a detailed letter who they spoke with and what was said. I was supposed to pick up my device no later than March31, 2022, it’s April 12, 2022 still no machine. PLEASE DON’T USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! They are not ever worth this 1 star.

I am new to this arena and started to read the negative reviews here and couldn't disagree more. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that I have only had my APAP machine a few days. However, when first contacted by Rotech, Kimberly in customer service was fantastic and made sure that I had my insurance correctly handled before the new year since my deductible had been met. She followed up time after time. My appointment went without a hitch. Sat in my car for maybe 10 minutes before being called in. The RT was very polite and went through my machine very diligently and made sure I had all my questions answered. I actually wanted to meet Kimberly and she was the same in person as on the phone. Completely genuine. It is nice to have customer service like that these days. I even met her manager and I personally thanked them for their help and service. My experience has been great so far and hopefully the negative reviews are just one-time events. Time to spread some positivity to those that deserve it.

This company is crooks. I got my Cpap machine from them a year ago. They called me several times talking about I haven't meet compliance and they were going to pick up my machine. They said I could pay them a $1,000 to keep it. I called my insurance company and they informed me that I had already meet compliance and that the machine was paid for and the machine is mine and don't give them anything and they give me another medical supply company. Don't get anything from this company.

I read the reviews and I thought just my luck. But reviews are deceiving because unlike the negative reviews, I'm about to post a positive one. Arrived early, waited 5 minutes, took to another room, and then I was explained how my equipment works. Very informative staff, respectful, kind and most of all friendly. I would highly recommend this facility to get your Cpap Machine, so as I stated earlier, lots of negativity, but are they wrong....

Said I failed a Medicare audit, which I didn't. Haven't been able to get it straighted out since Jan. Was told it was fixed on their end several times and promised my supplies where on there way. Never received them and now they want me to pay out of pocket for supplies and my machine that they never billed Medicare for. My Medicare case worker filed a complaint against them and got me hooked up with a new equip end supplier. I called back those ignored people they have working there and fired them. I told them when I got my new equipment I'd return there's due to the fact that this is life saving equipment and to put that in my record. I wouldn't wish these ignorant, incompetent, lazy rear ends on my worst enemy.
