Rude customer service at the register is driving business away from this location. I was about to purchase a piece of furniture but forgot my credit card in the car. I informed the cashier and she said “WELL WE’RE NOT SUPPOSED TO HOLD”. So I said oh that’s fine put it back. I actually found the same item, brand new, and in a cleaner condition on Amazon for a lot cheaper while I was in the parking lot. This place needs to be cleansed of its extremely unprofessional associates. I no longer enjoy shopping here at all.
I do want to compliment the male associate who helped me bring the furniture to the front and the greater! More associates like this need to be employed

This store has gone so downhill. Clearly some help is needed here. Clothes thrown around everywhere. Unattended carts blocking aisles. Woman standing there yelling trying to return her obviously worn shoes. No other help anywhere. Used to be a nice store.

Went to this location today for the sell due to the really good reviews but instead I was forced to leave 2 baskets bc the employees said they were not going to mark anything down today which was nationally advertised. Employees were also keeping items for themselves instead of customers.
