Horrible. Nails look like shit. Way over charged. Nails have sharp jagged edges and I have 5 month old. Will never come back. Cuticle was cut three times, didn't give me a proper manicur

They are in the process of expanding their shop. It's going to be very nice. The staff is always friendly and professional. The mood is so relaxed. They are quick and efficient. And the prices are surprisingly affordable!

I am truly impressed at the new ownership and how they've changed a few things around. They've made selecting my dip and toe nail polish so convenient to match colors. I also love that they're family oriented where everyone is involved in operations...even having the little ones around.

I just had a terrible nail experience. The "relaxing" music was turned up loud enough to cover the sounds of the children playing (or crying) in a "play closet" -- until they weren't, having pushed the door open to toddle out and roll chairs around and take baths. Their adults tried corralling them when raising their voices didn't work. I was left to soak long enough that I soaked AND played a game of Squaredle -- while my tech painted and cut down someone's toes who had just been sitting in the pedi chair. Oh, and he took a call a couple of nails in. Let's not even talk about how uneven these nails are. Or how I couldn't bear, after two hours of this chaos, to sit under the dryer long enough to keep from nicking them.Never. Never going back. I'm so sad that my 20-year reliable, customer service oriented techs sold and moved.Services: Polish removal
