I scheduled an appointment to have my truck looked at because of a leak that I noticed on Friday. I made it all the way to my appointment just to be told they will not service my vehicle because they can not guarantee a warranty. Of which, I do understand that part, but if that was the case why let us not only set up the appointment, but drive 35 minutes just to be turned around?! That was an absolute waste of time and gas and for future reference, they need to remove the make and model if they can't do the service for the customer.

I was coming into Memphis from out of town and Maintenace Required came across the dashboard. I found the closest Toyota dealership on Winchester and everything was taken care of in a real timely manner and I didn't have a appointment. Mr Roger I believe was his name.
