I rented a van a while back and it was the most swift, professional and smooth rental ever! I recommend Prime to anyone who's looking for a passenger van. I will definitely use them when we plan another large group trip!!!

This is the best rental company I’ve ever used! I’ve booked 4-5 vans at least twice a year for the past 4 years. I’ve never had any issues and communication with Will has been so easy. He makes the process seamless and understandable. He is servant-hearted and isn’t just concerned with his business, but asks about my life and family as well. He has worked with us when our schedules were tight with another group to make rentals happen even when it meant coming in before hours or staying later than he needed to. I can’t recommend Will and Prime Transportation Group enough. He’s the only rental company I’ll use from now on.

Will is the absolute best to work with! He’s very professional and he just oozes with kindness. We rented a 15 passenger van and he explained everything thoroughly. He makes you feel like family! I am a youth minister at a church that does not own vans, and I've worked with Prime for over a year. Will is great to work with! Everything is always ready to go when I arrive to pick up the vans, and I've never had an issue. I did a lot of research on different companies, and Prime is just about the best deal on van rentals you'll be able to find around Memphis. Highly recommend!
