I'm fully convinced that the 5 stars ratings are paid for. Waited for almost 2 hours jist for them to tell me that they are closing and I have to leave. Instead of telling me that we may not have time today and that I should come back tomorrow, just ignore me for 2 hours and send me home. Save your time and money, go somewhere else.

Their drive through Covid testing literally saved my life when I needed quick test results to get on a cruise ship. Walgreens canceled on me last minute and if Poplar healthcare was not open I probably would not have been able to go on my cruise

EDIT: I never received my test results so I won’t be trying this testing site again.I waited in line for 45 minutes and it honestly went by fast! I was really hopeful for this testing site because everyone seemed nice, but it has been over 4 days with no results so I won’t be going back. I’d rather spend money for a test and get the results in a timely manner!

Tried it for travel PCR. First two times was on time . This time which was not a COVID surge time the result were released three days later !!!!!!! Despite me being told it will be reported later the day the sample was taken since it was labeled as travel. Thanks good my country of destination accepted vaccine card otherwise I would have canceled my trip .My advice is NOT TO USE THEM FOR TRAVEL AS IT HAS TO BE Dependable service and they are not .

Tiffany at the front desk was personable and professional. She registered me and tested me within minutes of my arrival. I got my results (negative!) a few hours later. I would recommend Poplar Healthcare for Covid-19 testing.

My experience with Covid testing has been very positive. I've been to Poplar Healthcare twice, once for travel testing and also following Covid exposure, and have been well-pleased both times. Results were received within the expected timeframes and the entire process was handled professionally. I appreciate the service they provide.

Polite, speedy and well organized PCR test facility. They have increased number of testing lanes sometime during the early fall. Made more changes over Christmas to deal with coming influx of test seekers. They are moving as fast as possible. Turnaround for results varies, on Jan10 it took them 24h, other times 48h - that all depends on how many tests come in from other locations probably.

Been waiting in line for over an hour and a half and these cars decide to pull in front of everyone else. Went to talk to them nicely and they just ignored the comments. How rude to cut in line on a covid testing location with all the sick people. Make these rude people famous .

So 1 hour and 41 minutes to get a covid test & that is definitely not the fault of this company but literally waiting until I get to the front of the line to give me two different directions had me slightly irritated. Proper Communication & just a little pleasantness goes a long way. Unfortunately I received neither. In these uncertain times a little less attitude and understanding will go a long way. Sending you good vibes to make it through these times despite the lack of communication and unprofessionalism.And 57 hrs later no test results thus preventing my baby from returning to school. I really despise my time being wasted. Never Again.

After waiting in line for three hours for a covid test I was turned away at 4:30pm despite this location closing at 6pm. Be aware that they don’t value your time at all. Even if you’re the next car in line before the cut off.

Excellent service and courteous employees. Super impressed that these dedicated healthcare professionals were outside, in a tent, in the summer heat and all had a smile on their face testing patients for COVID in the drive through.
