Love the store and all the Lily they carry. Went in yesterday to buy my daughter and her baby a Mommy and me outfit for mothers day, which is two weeks away. I was going to spend ~240 dollars. I asked, since it was a gift and wouldn't know if it fit, if I could get the return to form of payment used if she didn't like it/ didn't fit. The salewoman said their one week return policy for that type credit was strict, and I could only get store credit. I understand it is a small store, however, sometimes I think an exception could be made i.e. Christmas presents, mothers day gifts, etc. For that reason, 3 stars.

I have unfortunately only been able to shop in store one time as I live in Florida. However, my one in store experience was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. I order from The Pink Door's website regularly and the packaging is great and shipments reach me amazingly fast. I highly recommend shopping both in store and online at The Pink Door!

I reached out to The Pink Door for help searching for items during the APS. Semmes responded and said the store would be going live with their APS pricing the next day online and all their available inventory could be found on their website. I placed an order during their sale and they had a power outage. The Pink Door held my items and sent me an email. I was thrilled they didn't cancel my order! I was able to call them and my items were shipped promptly. I received both dresses yesterday and am thrilled. They were neatly wrapped in white tissue paper and sent with a personal note from the store. Even though I live in Illinois, I will be shopping with them again! Great experience!

Fantastic store, staff and the best customer service experience. Quick shipping for us Lilly Lovers who don't live near by. Clothing is always wrapped in tissue paper and items ship quickly. My go-to signature store.

I love the Pink Door! I ordered a dress online for the After party sale and I accidentally put the wrong address. I emailed them and they responded immediately and fixed it. Such great customer service and sweet people!

I had an amazing experience with The Pink Door this APS! I live in Maryland and have never been to the store in person, but they had a great selection on their website during the sale. Shipping was a reasonable price. I got a notification a few hours after I placed my order that it had shipped. My package arrived two days later, very nicely wrapped and with a nice note included. I didn't expect to have my items so soon, and I was very pleasantly surprised! I will 100% order from them again.
