We frequent here whenever we need to refill a kegerator CO2 bottle. They don't actually refill them but exchange for a full bottle. I was initially hesitant because I had a brand new bottle but with my exchange the bottle I received was a little bit worn. The appearance doesn't really matter the product and bottle are fully functional so it's really just a psychological thing.
