From the first phone call will Bill to the finish product dealing with Joseph it was a pleasant experience. They were running a little behind and instead of me having to call or showing up and my truck not being done, Joseph called me ahead of time to let me know he would be staying late to make sure my truck was finished. Friendly,knowledgeable, courteous,professional people and environment. Would and will use them again for the bed liner in my project truck!

Greetings,I came into the office on Summer Ave a little over a week ago. I needed a part for my bed cover, I did not purchase my bed cover from you guys. Mr. Bill and I didn’t catch the other gentleman’s name came outside to look at my bed cover on my truck. They were able to get the part that I needed. Those two gentlemen, who are very professional and courteous, and actually blew my mind for being so nice. Once I pulled up at the establishment, I just knew that they wouldn’t even look at my bed cover because it was not purchased there, but that was not the case. I’m forever grateful for LINE -X. The guys at Mid-South Line-X (aka Mid-South Truck Gear) did a fantastic job on my 2017 Nissan Titan. I had an unusual request to spray Line-X not only on my bed, but also both bumpers and the entire grill assembly. You can see the results for yourself in the attached pics. It looks exactly how I wanted it to look and I couldn't be happier with the quality. Highly recommended!
