Upon arrival and speaking with the receptionist I was very timid about my appointment. As she was very rude and not professional with her job. I overlooked that and hoped for good service in the exam room. Shoutout to Taylor & my NP (I forgot her name)! They were the best. Answered all of my questions. Provided me with great information. Went over and beyond! I’m thankful for Taylor and the Nurse Practitioner that saw me during my visit yesterday evening 3/18.

I woke up w/an ear infection, I believe when I had a mild one at the end of Jan., the antibiotics I got from my GP just tamped it down, but didn’t get rid of it. I got ready and went over to the Methodist Minor Medical clinic;I got there at 12:30, & waited a good while, ( til about 2:30) but I learned while waiting that I COULD have set an appointment! The guy who had been smarter than me set his appointment for 2:00, & he only had to wait about 30 minutes!Anyway, once I got called back, the waiting was over! The nursing assistant got my vitals immediately then Dr. Simmons came in right away, looked at my ears, proclaimed my right ear as “angry” left and immediately emailed my Walgreens out in Raleigh the 3 scripts and honeychild, they were READY when I got there on the way home, which was like 15 minutes!It’s now 4:35, I’m loaded up with drops, antibiotics & steroids & that awful throbbing IS GONE!! Thank you guys!!

Went in for a sinus infection 12-28-23 & received the very best care from Patricia Simmons, Sonya, An and Nesha + the other medical professionals. Their care is consistently excellent and I appreciate Methodist Minor Med!

I am here now. I told them i have asthma and i’m having trouble breathing. They told me I have three people ahead of me. I asked if I could at least get a breathing treatment and come back to the lobby they told me no. Not that it matters, but I’m a nurse. And anyone with breathing problems should at least be looked at. I’m okay with waiting, but as medical professionals we took an oath to our patients to give them the best care possible. I do not recommend this place at all. I’m sorry.

it takes them forever and they don’t care! take your copay and have you waiting for hours! today staff is horrible with patient and urgent care

Avoid this if you need urgent care. They give good care when you are finally being seen, but I've been here 3 times and it always has at least a 45 min wait. Even when the waiting room is nearly empty and even if you are bleeding everywhere with a deep cut. Drive a farther distance to go elsewhere because somehow it will save you time.

I Was Sent For An X-ray, The Wait Was Not Long..The Receptionist Was Extremely Helpful And Courteous..While There I Decided To Get My Mammogram..? To My Surprise Once Done With My X-ray..The Technician Was Able To Do My Mammogram..Getting It Done..Thanks Methodist Diagnostic Ctr!!

Everyone was so professional and friendly today. I was checked in and was out in 30 minutes. I like it here better than my primary care office

The admissions staff and nurse practitioner who took care of my granddaughter were efficient and kind. We were in and out in 45 minutes.

The staff at this facility is amazing, Everyone I have encountered during my visit was pleasant and helpful and empathetic to my condition. I am not good with names and I was in a lot of pain, so I don’t remember everyones names , but they went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. I normally don’t leave reviews, but after my experience today, I felt warranted to express my gratitude to the staff who cared for during my visit.
