We moved from Tennessee to Oklahoma. Lanigan provided us with a excellent moving experience. They arrived on the scheduled move date and packed all of our belongings with great care.
The staff and movers made the process as stress free as a multi-state move can be. We were kept informed at every stage of the progress of the move.

I used Lanigan for my long distance move from the Memphis area to Orlando Florida. My sales representative at Lanigan made the entire process as stress free as could be, given how stressful a long distance move can be. I was given an estimate, which explains all the charges and my estimate was reduced once I donated some items that were included. My sales representative took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and answered my many calls. The move was exactly as planned, and Allied delivered my shipment as on schedule. For the service I received, the cost was competitive, and it was truly worth it. If I had to do this again, I would definitely use Lanigan for my moving. Thank you. Ray.

A nightmare. The movers were untrained. Broke the legs off the piano, chairs, dressers and the bed was destroyed. Over $6000 in damage. One packer stole the silver spoons. The driver was a professional but the rest of the crew were not. A very expensive move.

My husband and I researched many moving companies, searched reviews, and made numerous phone calls prior to booking our long-distance move with Lanigan Moving Company. We spoke with Mr. Ed multiple times. He assured us that his company did NOT contract out to other moving companies. Our items would stay with his company the entire move. We were also assured that our items would be in the very best hands and arrive with no issues. Our items were severely delayed in arriving, and not only that, but they arrived in the truck of a completely different company. Our move was definitely contracted out when we were promised this would never happen. The driver was irresponsible, picking up a friend to move their things for free, and delayed our move multiple days. When the doors of the truck opened, the items were crammed so tightly inside, driving over a speedbump would crack or break something. Other random items of his friend were also in the truck, further cramming our items into the back. We are currently going through the severely long claim's process to deal with the many many items that were broken, chipped, scratched, scraped, or ruined. We have moved many times and this is by far the worst experience we have had.

One of the best moves I have had! Over the past 15 years I have moved 6 times, Milton and his team made this move much better. They were professionals and they were attentive to what my wife and I said to them. They had blankets for each piece of furniture and handled each piece gently. We appreciate and highly recommend Lanigan for anyone moving.

We moved from Memphis Tn to Point Blank Tx .Patrick was so helpful with everything ! Lady in the office wasgreat ! Both crews were very polite and professional. Kariff was with us both places and was amazing ! We both were very nervous about the move and our belongings! No need to worry with these guys ! We had some very large items in some very small spaces and they didn't knick a door or wall or floor ! If we ever had to move again we would call them in a heart beat ! We just feel so blessed to have had them as our movers ! I can not even articulate how amazing they are !

I used Lanigan to move my family from Memphis, TN to Richmond, VA. Every interaction, from the initial call to drop off at our storage unit (including my needy, anxious calls to as the move date got closer), was professional and informative. Patrick was my representative and he did an excellent job walking us through the process and preparing us for the move. Our driver, Mr. Campbell, was friendly and had our goods delivered safely and ahead of schedule. Our boxers and loaders all took time to introduce themselves and shake my hand. 10/10 experience, they truly made the move easy. Thanks guys!

The rep (Patrick) who gave us the quote was informative and great to work with. The movers who packed the furniture were meticulous in protecting each piece for transport. They were a pleasure to work with. The delivery men worked very hard to get the furniture in place and removed all the packing debris. The furniture arrived with only one piece slightly damaged and the insurance claim was easy to file and the damage is being repaired. The repair man is confident it can be repaired and will not be noticeable. An all around great experience.
