This is the worst gym I've ever had experience with. I've pulled up to this gym countless times while it's open and the doors are locked and people are sitting there working out inside. I went inside the gym to update my billing information and they said it was fine and it's been paid for.... Then a few days later they're calling me asking me again. I had to hang up the phone call because they put me on hold and I was dealing with a customer and they blocked my phone number. Extremely unprofessional and childish, this is comming from a 19 year old.........And I've looked at the reviews about the creeps in this gym, and I can't confirm they're always talking to some women most of the time look way too youngThe gym is only clean because they take advantage of some nice older guy. Every time I go in there he's on his knees, scrubbing town something!! Horrible management!!!!

Oh it’s crazy, the manger is this mean unprofessional angry feminist who has no experience in management. The worst thing is that they’re rarely staffed and absolutely NO ONE ever answers the phone!!! The staff are just there riding the clock getting paid.

I stopped in because I’m a member of another fitness center down the street and asked the girl at the counter. If I could walk around for 30 seconds and see the place she says oh no hell no you have to come back and take a tour… I was flabbergasted unbelievable way to run a business.

If you try to cancel your membership you cannot do it on line. You have to make an appointment with the Operations Manager who will avoid seeing you or try to get you to go to another location. If you come to the front desk no one is there to help you.

This location is beautiful, but it’s horribly mismanaged. This is a DO NOT FLY ZONE for women especially M-F! There’s 3 goofy loud guys who just play in there and harass women. Not just myself, but about 4 of my other female friends as well. They are tight with the staff and corporate doesn’t seem to care. Even worse, their female manager told my autistic friend to go to another gym! This gym is run by lazy bros who don’t do anything. It’s a shame that their corporate office doesn’t do anything too. Go to ATC so you don’t have to deal with that garbage.

When a woman manager tells women to go to another location bc they don’t want to deal w men harassing women. Blah. I quit going there as well for the same reason. Loud men staring at you the whole time. I left and went to ATC. Who wants to deal with the rude staff?

This place is a misogynistic paradise! Women are not safe here. Do not go to this location. Go to any other location! Or the Y or ATC! The management is disgusting and they are so rude!

They make it impossible to cancel your membership. I haven't been in 2 years, and have had to continue paying because they keep giving me the run around.

I like this gym so much, I get in my zone so easy here. The one thing I wish they had more than anything is a sauna. Outside of that it's perfect and I feel safe and uninterrupted here.
