I’ve been here several times. Usually the service is decent but today it was bad. Instead of focusing on my nails Tony kept checking his phone -texting, google searches, facetiming people, constantly refreshing some app. It was ridiculous. I also brought a relative that was in town with me and the man that did her nails was also on his phone, although not as much as Tony. She ended up having dried bubbles on her thumb polish. The experience did not leave a good impression on this new client, which has disappointed me because I bragged about the place. I understand we all have to check our phone at times however please give full attention to the work you are doing or express to your client if you need to check it more frequently. Today was annoying and I’m not sure if I’ll be back.

Excellent in every way!!!? THANKS that excellent every way comment… was prior to my visit in A JULY 2023 a humongous difference,,, Thou they were nice I had to alter my review. I went back to get a fill in was $35 regular Polish,,, unless inflation went up THAT HIGH,,, correct me if I’m WRONG!!! No full set of nails at all ,,,,over priced and I would not be going back.!!! People please ask for an itemized statement bill before you get your nails done. I don’t mind paying for services,, but to be OVERPRICED for nails is RIDICULOUS!!! I will not be returning!!! THIS IS A REAL POST!

I have been going here for years. Ownership changed and so has the disposition of the staff. I recently visited and was met with rudeness and poor service. When I pointed out my displeasure, I was met with yelling until the manger came over and intervened the actions of his brother. HE said, "you always such nice lady...I will talk to him." My experience reminded me of videos of how black women are disrespectfully treated by foreign people who render services. $150 later, I was desperate to get out of there due to the reaction of the NEW guy attempting a manicure. The manager had to take over due to the sloppy job (his brother). I was so frustrated and they were closing so I decided I would come back during the week for them to fix the sloppy job. The manager and another worker REMEMBERED my experience but told me they would only fix ONE NAIL even after seeing the mess on my hands. I will NEVER go back. Please do not patronize this business.
