I’ve been staying here for 4 years throughout my 4 years there have been serval managers. Today I received a phone call in the person was very rude. I’m under section 8 they did there annual inspection in November last year. In said that the floors in both bedrooms needed to be fix. Nothing has happened as of today 01/16/2024.l but someone very rube call my phone to tell me they will be filling for eviction. Now through out my 4 years there has been things need to be fix in my apartment. I’ve been very patient in nice throughout the process. But for someone to call in be rude to me because they not holding up there end in making sure my apartment is up to part. I do not recommend these apartments. They will tell you that they will fix things in nothing will ever get fix. I’ve never had someone to call me in be this rude to me over the phone in your a manager. In yes the phone conversation was recorded. The reviews are from people that are working over here in have just moved in. People who have been staying here for years haven’t had anything fixed in there apartment. They put paint on the outside but haven’t fixed anything inside the apartments.

I signed my lease on 12/19/23 thinking I made a good choice WRONG everything that could go WRONG has gone WRONG they didn't paint the apartment and they didn't make it look new they gave me a ROACH INFESTED refrigerator now I have ROACHES and no refrigerator they trying to give me a USED refrigerator and stove PLEASE what ever you do don't move in the Hillcrest Apartments you will REGRET MOVING IN
