Truly grateful for Highland Heights Pharmacy. The service here is like no other place I've experienced. My medication is always in stock and Suzane makes every visit worth the drive. I was in search of a local owned pharmacy because I didnt like the long lines and wait times at Walgreens. I highly recommend visiting this pharmacy if you are in Memphis.

This pharmacy is amazing like the "Mayberry RFD" ?the pharmacy is ran by only one woman do be patient if you don't get an answer right away! She is incredible and very kind! She went above and beyond for me ! And came in even during an ice storm advisory, when everyone else have me nothing but problems because I'd moved down here recently she was kind to me when I needed it the most , she gave me a little bit of hope that there are still good people in this world I'm blessed to have had experienced this pharmacy and this very kind woman !I would chose this pharmacy over anywhere else any day !

This was my first experience interacting with Highland Heights Pharmacy. No other pharmacy in Memphis had my medication in stock and Suzanne was the only one able to help me out of my bind. She went out of her way to understand my complicated medical history in order to make sure she was up to speed with my condition. This is not what I was expecting nor the type of service I’ve received from other pharmacies around town as of late. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a local source for their medication and a polite and caring person with whom to do business. It’s definitely not your “average” pharmacy.

Phones are not answered. Hard to utilize a pharmacy which cannot be reached telephonically. Perhaps they have gone out of business or changed their telephone number. Don't rely upon them for necessary prescriptions, because they cannot be contacted.

10/10The owner is amazing, the pharmacy is so cute and has the nicest little gifts to buy and amazing skin care products!! I got a jacket there for the winter and it is the softest jacket I own

Terrible. Repeatedly not open during posted hours. Doesn't take cards. Medication was quoted as one price on the phone, costs another price at pick up. Maybe reconsider your core mission and focus on what you can do well. Best luck in your endeavors
