Yesterday I had a great experience with Kristina and she was so sweet and patient while I scoured the store for some clients. She made it really easy as a designer. I left with a beautiful list of furniture and prices to give to my clients and I’m so excited to present it to them. Go and see her. Plus the Customer Service woman is the sweetest.

Patrick Holt is an awesome salesperson. He's been excellent over the years with all our furniture needs. He makes you want to buy something from Haverty's just to support is great attitude and care for the customer. When we brought my mom in who is 91 years, he pulled up a showroom chair for her to sit in and be comfortable while making her choices. I can't say that I've dealt with a better salesperson on a purchase anywhere

In comparison to the MANY furniture stores nearby, their pricing was honestly laughable. There's no way I could justify giving them my business in 2024 for the products being offered.

Patrick at the Memphis location was amazing to work with he was patient, kind and knowledgable. This place is a hidden gem and the furniture is high quality yet affordable. We researched several other furniture places in the area. Havertys Memphis checked all of the boxes! Highly recommend

My shopping experience went very smoothly. I walked into the showroom, was greeted by Clifton Epps, I told him what I was looking for, he took me to the desired area and within 15 minutes I had picked out the piece of furniture I wanted! Clifton even worked to get my delivery time to my desired timeframe!
