Absolutely a new fave! I brought my 17 yr old baby in today and they squeezed me in. I never felt rushed or overlooked. I felt valued and important. Thankfully it was nothing serious, but we thank you!

Dr. Tuttle was absolutely incredible with my cat. I just moved down to Memphis and had not established a vet yet for my babies. When I had an unexpected issue with Peanut, I took her to Dr. Tuttle and she was very patient and kind with her. She explained everything down to the finest detail and was very knowledgeable. She was very open to any questions I had and was such a sweet lady. Peyton was a friendly caring smile and was so sweet at the checkout and checkin for Peanut.

such a great place. they truly care about your pets as if they are their's. I recently had to put my special boy to sleep. the amount of care and compassion shown was beyond outstanding. they understood our heartache. the quality of care you get here is one of the best in the city. all the doctors there are very knowledgeable. the staff is always very friendly. if you call and the receptionist doesn't know the answer they will find out what it is rather than just make something up.

Confirmed my appointment by text then was asked to confirm again by email then would have to confirm again by text. When I arrived they took my dog in for his final round of shots. I was not allowed during the time of covid. An hour later I was wondering where my dog was. What are they doing in there??? Overpriced unprofessional money grab. I recommend you go absolutely anywhere else...

The service at Germantown Parkway Animal Hospital is absolutely awesome. There hands on approach and friendly demeanor is the best for Monte Christo's care.

Told me that my boy Chance would be better in the morning when I picked him up from his unscheduled visit as he was sick and vomiting. . Got home and 30 minutes later he died in my arms. When you pay a vet almost a thousand dollars for a afternoon visit for their expertise and knowledge, They should never give a pet parent hope that their fur baby will be ok... NOT ACCEPTABLE! My cats are my kids and we are devastated over the loss to our family. The only reason we went to this vet is because it was close to our house. BIG MISTAKE! Moving forward, Dr. Morris @ The Pet Hospital on Houston Levy will care for my fur babies. All Angie Zinkus was concerned about that day when I took Chance in for an unscheduled visit was making money! When I asked her over the phone why the bill was up to 1000.00 when she said verbally in the office in person that it would be about 450.00... She was quick to tell me over the phone " I have a business to run and staff to pay". I can say that in her defense she knocked 250.00 off the bill, But let me know she was putting her neck on the line for reducing the bill. Little did I know that my boy Chance would lose his short lived life later that day under the care of Angie Zinkus! I'm sure that a lot of people have had wonderful experiences at this veterinarian's office but that was not the case for our family. She is really good at putting on a front, But behind the scenes she wants money and obviously did not care about our pet because she sent him home to die after telling us he would be better in the morning. If she is such a wonderful vet don't you think she would have told me that things did not look good. Instead she offered false hope.I pray for her and the decisions she made that day in devastating our family. Very truly yours, Scott Smith Sirianno

Love this place! Dr. Zincus and all of their staff are amazing! During Covid 19 they have made an efficient and safe way to continue to see your fur babies. They never cease to impress me!

The vet was great. We came as an urgent walk in. I was hysterical upon bringing my fur baby, but she reassured me, took her time explaining everything and patiently answered my questions which calmed me down. I hate that I haven’t been bringing him here prior to this visit.

GPAH was great for years, however, it has recently been sold and as expected there are now new corporate policies in place which directly affect your experience. Do not be fooled into thinking this is the same practice you've been accustomed to patronizing over the last 20 years or so. Key vets have cashed out and left - the ones who gave us that great experience previously. Now, what you will receive is a cold, corporate, impersonal, yet still expensive clinic. No thanks. We shall be moving elsewhere.
