This store is exactly the reason that I only shop local or second-hand. The store owner goes above and beyond on every. single. purchase. I have purchased items, including everything from intimates to work blazers to gowns for a black-tie wedding. The quality is always top-tier and extremely fairly priced. Even when an error was made and my order was shipped to an old address whose occupants then lied about receiving the package when we had photo evidence of it on their front porch, the owner tried to contact the landlord, refund as much as they could, AND help me find a replacement piece. I cannot say enough great things about this store AND the owner. SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE AND NOT AT ANTHROPOLOGIE.

Been a customer for years! My daughters and I love this place. The owner and her employees are always caring and professional. Really fantastic selection that's always changing. Appreciate that they have many different sizes!

You can also take your own vintage clothes if you're trying to sell, but be aware they don’t buy shoes. they give very reasonable offers for the things they’d like! some of my favorite clothing pieces have come from here now

Overpriced and the selection of items were a little too funky for the styles I prefer. UPDATED 12/23/23: Deducted a star for the snarky and ludicrous comment posted by owner Katty, who apparently has delusions of grandeur and can't handle hearing anything but praise (see 1 star review and her comment to that below). In her (utopian) world she believes people should be "researching places before you go, so you know the basic aesthetic, price points, etc. of clothing stores (or any business).... before visiting." Really?? As if it's any of your business what I do, Katty, your comment is ridiculous. Who has time for that? Maybe you should be an appointment only store so you can judge each patron individually before letting them peruse your ugly, overpriced crap? I was trying to be nice and find something positive to say about your tasteless selection of gaudy THRIFT STORE clothes you are trying to flip at outrageous prices just because they are "vintage". So maybe people should read up about your petty and vindictive attitude so they can decide whether or not to deal with such a rotten person such as your self......BEFORE VISITING!

This is a great vintage shop and a gem to have here in Memphis. The owner curates a selection of amazing finds, and is skilled at helping you find just what suits you and flatters you the most. The service is incredibly friendly, something I had grown accustomed to seeing only higher end designer boutiques these days. I am always greeted when I walk in the door, offered help finding anything I might be looking for, and offered a fitting room the moment I find an item. I really can’t say enough about the level of customer service here. I never feel pressured to buy, but I always feel valued and attended to. This is a thing of the past in most stores unfortunately. Don’t miss their instagram where the owner shares new finds regularly.

I've checked in on the website every so often and following on social media waiting to return to Memphis to visit @foxandcatvintage the selection was good, but the customer service sucked the white women in the shop was treated with respect and had the leisure of shopping freely while I was micro managed very uncomfortable the other customers made the experience a little better but I will never go back I only purchased something because they thought I was going to steal it
