Extremely horrible experience I actually feared for my life... was given a deal that I didn't even ask for and on the 4th week when I came to make a payment they hit me with a bill that I knew nothing of because I was told that I would be giving Sundays free. Upon purchasing the day I got my vehicle I couldn't afford 7 days so I only paid for 6 and was told plus written that my payments will be due every Monday and again he gave me a discount that I didn't ask for, but had a bill when I arrived to pay for yet the fourth week I only wish I had this receipt on me at the time it may have deescalated the situation but truth be told I believe this is something that they do women especially blk women and people they just simply hope isn't paying attention they try to come off as if they're doing you a favor in order to hold a bill over your head later but again I wish I had this receipt because in the process of me waiting for the car that I've been driving to either get fixed or them to put me in a new one I sat there for 3 hours they laughed with me joke with me all the way up until I noticed the wall I guess this is the Wall of Shame of people who haven't paid or don't have license and I noticed the kind of people on this wall so after 3 hours of being irritated with a bill that could not properly be explained to me I finally asked am I being treated the same way you have treated the others on your wall and all praise tothe most high for being with me because the demon within this person got irritated and said that I called him a racist I never called him anything until he admitted to being one in the process we got into a argument and which I had to walk out in the process of me leaving this man and the older man walked out with me spit on me call me all kinds of names they even talked about my nonverbal son all I'm going to say is ladies if you are in need please pray and try to go somewhere else do not go here they will try to make it seem as if you're the crazy person if you alone do not go here if you are alone if you are a black woman and if you are in need do not do business with these people.
This is the first receipt plus I have three others in which they just write the date down on the original contract and continue to copy but this day they just so happen to have written up another contract in which they were in hopes that I signed. Kept telling them that I just don't have the original contract on me but I do have it and the one that they were showing me was not my contract I also had a witness my mother with me that day that when I first got the car it is as if they were trying their best to make me look violent on their camera because they know they are purposely scamming certain people and was hoping that I was one of the ones who wasn't paying attention they actually forgot that I brought my mother with me the day I purchased the vehicle

APADTA they have cheap rental cars most people who rest these cars and trucks bring them back in bad condition

My wife and I rented a car from them and returned it today. Before I tell this experience ill let you all know, when im not next to my wife and she is handling business I tell her to always keep in contact with me. So I have a clue to whats going on or taking place with the money spending. It's a huundred dollar deposit for any rental plus mileage cost. So the clerk said we didnt pay the deposit when we did. She couldnt contact the owner to get the camera footage for last Saturday when the payment took place. Boy did I think they where going to give us a hard time. Because it was so busy Saturday she didn't write the deposit amount on the paperwork. But God. So God got us right? Right! I was able to go back to the messages my wife sent during the whole transaction and show we payed 329.59 deposit included instead of 229.59 which was on our paperwork. The clerk then showed generosity after seeing this proof and gifted us our $100 back. I thank God this company understands truth and proof.Thats a 3 star rating and a good business, thank you express van and car rental.!!!!

I have rented from this company anytime i leave on vacation no issues, great clean cars reliable and a feeling of comfortability ,no other rental company would ever get my money long as this company is in business
