I've known Debbie 40 yrs and she has always gone above and beyond for her customers , it seems some people just like to complain to bring down someone's ratings.. especially like the person that complained because they were closed at 359 & wouldn't open door.. im assuming that review expected them to work til 415 & give them special treatment...at overtime rates. Self owned businesses are just THAT , this means that they are free to close anytime they choose to or to be closed when sick or an emergency comes up... i can't speak for the late or nondeliveries- but I do know this isn't Debbie's usual as u worked next to her for 20 years & her customers mean everything to her.

Ordered Mother’s Day Flowers ? for my mother and she loved them. Spoke with Debbie on today and she promised me that my mom flowers ? would be delivered on today and they were. Mrs. Debbie provided my grandmother with beautiful flower bouquets for 10+ years, beautifuly did flowers for my mom & aunts wedding day, and has now made my own wedding florals better than I pictured. She was my favorite wedding consultant. She took my Pintrest inspiration and truly brought it to life. We talked through my different looks, agreed on the favorite, zoomed in on the photos and started writing. I was so pleased with the outcome!!!! Thank you 1000 times Mrs. Debbie and all of your great help. You guys rock!!

Unprofessional! Close at 4:00 pm means close/lock your doors at 4:00 pm not 3:40!!! Close at 4:00 pm means you answer your phone until 4:00 pm.Returning customer but not again...wayyy too much competition! I don't have to deal with the unprofessionalism!!!

I placed order Thursday morning for delivery on Friday. I received order confirmation. I didn't get a delivery confirmation. It was still a beautiful arrangement for my aunt's funeral service!

Giving 2 stars because I did receive the product. However I wouldn't recommend this place. I ordered a flower bouquet to be sent to my mom for Valentine's day as a surprise.After 1pm I decided to call to check the status of the order. I was told there is no confirmation of delivery and all orders would be delivered by 3 pm. I ended up calling my mom thus ruining the surprise to see if she received the order.Ultimately after checking the cameras we found that a woman had dropped the flowers off at the door without ringing the doorbell so for hours the flowers were outside in the cold.Also, for $85 the bouquet was small. I chose to buy from a flower shop over a grocery store because I wanted to make sure the extra effort was there. This was not worth the money.

I placed a same day delivery order before 12 like the website stated. I called because I didn’t get a confirmation but money was taken out of my account. Debbie told me that the driver left early so the flowers could not be delivered. I asked for the order to be canceled. Called back the next day to assure that it was canceled. Debbie explained that it was pending ( like I didn’t know what pending meant).But wake up to the money taken out of my account 2 days later.
