I am having a problem with my iphone13 pro after an update so I brought it to the cricket store on park ave and the guy that helped me was really thorough and helpful. He made sure I left with a working phone and he even charged the battery for me. I will never go anywhere else I recommend this location,service, and network to everyone.

I called before going in as I needed a phone case for my Galaxy S20! I go to this location for all my phone needs as great prices & great customer service! I highly recommend them as they have lots of things! I got great friendly customer service on the phone & in person!!! Definitely will return when I need anything for my phone!

Those who serve are very poorly educated. The girl answers in very bad taste, I preferred to migrate to another telephone company than having to stay in cricket

I really really enjoy the staff at this location..they don't mind helping the customers..Very friendly experienceOn every visit.. I got a chance to ask a few question about my phone service, an what I was dealing with last month..The lady behind the counter jump right in and fixed the issuesI was having and explained what was happening and had happen..I was so surprised and truly grateful.. great place to visit for my service and pay my bills..Thanks ? ?Cricket..

This location is AMAZING!!!!!!! At least to me , the associates there are always nice and helpful. Not only are they a Cricket Store but they also have alot of different phone accessories. No complaints from me at all keep up the "Great work"
