I contacted Ms.Bernard on 1/30/2024 to order a casket spray for my father's funeral. I explained to Mrs. Bernard what I would like and she quoted a price less than $400 and stated she would bill the funeral home. My family and I called to confirm the arrangements and the funeral home informed us she had up the price for the order. I contacted Mrs. Bernard on 1/1/2024 to ask why the price increased from what she quoted. Her response was my price increased due to it being Valentine's month. I then explained that I contacted her to place the order a couple of days before Feb 1st we had an agreement she then stated she would go ahead and continue with the order for $400. Since my father's funeral is Saturday 2/3/2024. She called me this morning 2/2/2024 and stated she no longer wanted to do the order for the $400 and we would need to find someone else to do the order. Which was upsetting. The issue isn’t the price the issue is the unprofessionalism and business practice. Thankfully, my family and I were able to find another company at such short notice while grieving the loss of our beloved Father.

I did not know what to send to a lady and I told her to do it at the best of her discretion and she did the most beautiful flower arrangement I’ve ever seen for not meeting me not knowing me this lady cares about her people highly recommend it
