It’s ridiculous that you have to keep calling the health department over and over just for someone to answer to make an appointment. The people are rude and when you call back to to get your test results they have an attitude. Absolute trash of a place . I have called many a times to get in touch with somebody and they never answer and give me numbers that have not once answered after calling for 30 minutes.

Would give zero stars if I could. Called for appointment they were rude, went in nurse was very unprofessional, and called back for test results and she was mean. I wasn't sure which say to call back on and she copped an attitude and just hung up on me after I called her out on her attitude. UNPROFESSIONAL
