I began using these people because they were located in the same building my office was in. I got great service but their bank merged and the new people were quite professional but cold and always looked hard for a reason to tell you NO. I called a Secret Service agent friend and asked him where the polite people had gone. He said I could find them on Mendenhall Rd. I have used them for 15 years and I have never been disappointed.

Can't use your card for lyft or half the other places around. Rarely refunds fraudulent charges. Not a good bank. Bad customer service. Worst bank I have ever had in my life!!! They are so unprofessional in everything they do. They don't have correct supplies on hand. I'm honestly speechless. I switched banks. No more issues ever. Whoever is head of the cadence branches here your a joke!!! You have failed. Go back to alabama !

Do not use this bank. Absolute nightmare plus tons of glitches in the app. Update.* today I whent in to deposit close to 1000.00 when i entered the building they said hey I herd you left a bad Google review about us and I said yes I did because people should not use this bank and I would not either I just don't have the time yet to change my,account. This is a bank. I expect to be treated with respect. My money is not a joke. 1. A,customer should be greeted professional not hounded about a accurate negetive expierence. I was,avoiding this place and got a bank account somewhere else but as of now I am closing imiedietly. Do not bank here.

Awful! !!!!!!! Do not use cadence bank. This branch does thr best and is a good branch. That's the only good thing I can say. 1. Your online app will glitch making you think thr are charges that are fraud. You then will go get your money out or transfer it and then they will charge you a nonsuficent fund fee even though you opted out. You will then have to spend all your time dealing with just complete bull. Do not use cadence bank. They also charge you crazy atm fees and they only have three atms they will say thr are free atms but they still charge you 2.50 at the so called free allpoint atms. I would have left a year ago but the people at this branch are great but it doesn't matter how nice they are cadence will screw you over if not purposely thr app will screw you up. Absolute nightmare!!! What's even more wild is the explanation they had was our app has ghosts. I swear to god and Jesus Christ they actually acted like it was my fault and then when blame came back on them they said its out of our hands its the ghosts. Swear to god . So I was like your telling me when yall mess up you can blame it on ghosts? I was like well dang I guess when I fail one of my customers ill tell them its ghosts. I mean seriously this is a bank. I can't get away with telling people I messed their yard up because of a ghost. I mean im speachles
