Omg the store manager Darrell was the sweetest and helpful associate. He was a lifesaver. I came to get my battery tested and he went above and beyond. I really appreciate him. It's hard to come by good customer service these days.

I went into this location on January 4th due to what I believed were issues with my battery. Once I arrived, I basically had to send up a smoke signal to get someone to come to the counter to service me. A man and woman eventually came from the back, neither spoke but I proceeded to state what I believed my issue was with my car. The man never went outside to test my battery, just told me that since I believed that then it must be the issue. Okay, cool. We find the battery, he asked who was going to put it in. I’m like you all ? Lol is that a rhetorical question. He made it seem like putting the battery in would be a favor to me because apparently “Autozone is getting away from putting batteries in people’s cars” and if I went somewhere else they may not put it in either. Oh okay. Overall, I needed my car fixed and this location was the closest to me at the time but I’ll never go to this location again.

Terrance & Paula were exceptionally pleasant! They were very knowledgeable about the different types of headlights & windshield wipers I would need! They got me the best deal for my money, and had no problem installing my items for me! They were very nice and kind, and I truly want to thank them for everything!

Came in an hour before closing to get my batter checked and to purchases new battery. Darryl was my customer service rep and he is great. He tested my battery and offered to replace it for me as well since business was a little slow. He got it changed for me in 15-20mins and gave me recommendations on other products which i purchased. I’m happy he was there to help me and hope he’s there the next time I need help. Thank you Darryl, continue being great.
