ESSENTIAL OILS IN PAINT Beware~Extremely strong perfume odor. It does not go away. I used it on my bathroom sink vanity and have painted over it but the odor still comes through. Tried vinegar and water and still no luck. Quite an expensive experience with this paint since I can't move it outside. It looks like I'll have to replace the whole vanity. A friend walked in to see and he started coughing and eyes watering. If I'm in there for any length of time, I have to wear a mask. Also be sure to check out the return policy. I ordered almond daze and received almond chip. Tried it thinking it might darken with two coats but it didn't. If you open it the can, the return policy is worthless. Found out that the paint contains essential oils! Heading into my eighth week with no relief in sight. Please, please research essential oils. Besides the harm it's been doing to me, essential oils can be dangerous for animals, especially cats. Update: You won't get a refund from seller but I received refund through Amazon a to z process. Since the vanity can't be thrown out like a piece of furniture I also filed a property damage claim and the hoops they put you through is amazing. How do you prove an awful odor? Lesson learned, I will always check the one star reviews first. If I had done that I would never have purchased. Apologies for giving so much info. This is from my very first review on Amazon and the second I've ever done. That's how upsetting this has been. I also didn't want to mention my personal physical experiences but since I think this is so important to be aware how false advertising can be harmful. When I walk into my bathroom my eyes, nostrils, mouth and lips start to burn. After so much exposure my sinuses started to bleed. I now have a sinus infection and have called my physician. I won't explain all the efforts I've made to lesson my exposure but they're numerous. I just hope anyone that considers purchasing this paint to do your homework and keep everyone in your household safe your first priority.

I have joined Amy's group only recently and i have purchased a number of items on line and used them. the video's the tutorial and the customer service are impressive. Professional, every detail counts and very customer oriented. I am loving the experience. Her books are great too.

I purchased a sample of paint directly from them and i did have issues but after discussing the issue with the company they made things right....this company is honest and really wants to do things right...I thank you and will be buying more products...

Wanted to try this companies products for refinishing certain things around the house. Unfortunately both times I contacted them about my order not being shipped, I was told it was shipped because all of their orders have been shipped. Days later I get a notification that my label was PREPARED for shipment, not even shipped and it’s not even my full order. Their shipment prices are high and they use the slowest snail mail. Stop using USPS.

Was disappointed to find out this is not a store at all. You cannot shop here. All Amy Howard products must be purchased online or at a local participating Ace Hardware.

Worst customer service! Placed an order on 7/15/20. Did not received part of my order. I was told it was again shipped out only to see it wasn't even sent to the correct city! Now on 8/13/20 I am going back and forth with customer service. Will not order from them again.

If you are interested in crafting but don't know where to start, this is a great place to start! Hands on demonstration, a great staff who is passionate about their craft, products and people. I've attended 2 classes and I have learned a lot. Being able to add what I've learned to enhance my own projects is priceless. The classes are moderately priced and they are the 2nd Saturday each month. They are a company with a purpose.
