I give her a one star. If I could have given her less I would. A numbers of things has happened since 2019 that I'm still dealing with because of her. Now it 2024 and said her computer been purged therefore she have no record of her 2019 paperwork.?

Superb customer service and great rates!! I was with my previous carrier for 10 years and noticed a rise in rates every year. They pretty much chopped my rates in half. Highly recommend going to them for a competitive quote!

Lottie Jones, is an exceptional agent, and is absolutely awesome at what she does. She is an attentive listener and very upfront about your options and how AAA can meet your needs. I was previously with an agency for 11 years, they excluded things off my policy and continued to raise my monthly payments home and auto. I nor my children neve had accidents or claims. Needless to say my communication with Lottie even in this short time made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Lottie is definitely one to keep. And I look forward to a long time relationship with AAA because of her.
