“The kind of place mechanical junkies love. Huge selection of metric, standard, stainless, and just plain weird nuts and bolts. Very helpful, and unlike Fastenal, they don't care if you come in to buy one small piece. Without a doubt, this is the best fastener store in a wide area.”

“I have to say another amazing experience at the Home Depot. We came to get pavers for our project.. we needed a lot. We asked for a cart, after hearing the quantity they said no they will load them for us. They went way above and beyond what they needed to do. Leigh & Lillian are legit amazing. This store has been nothing but positive experiences”

“Generally speaking, you get what you pay for, and that applies to a lot of HF tools…but there are some really really awesome deals in this store, and I’m happy to shop here!”

“One of their small format stores. Limited selection. Clean and well stocked though. Selection may be an issue if you're accustomed to their larger stores though.”

“While leaving the Alcoa/Maryville area, I see this Rural King. I had never heard of it until recently when I saw comments (positive) on a social media platform. I went in to check it out. Upon entering the door, you are hit with the popcorn aroma. They give you a bag for free. This aroma actually brought me back to my childhood entering a dime store. Anyway, this is family owned & operated. Had just about anything you would need. I was on a mission to find a owl decoy which they had in stock and half the price of Lowe's. I was pressed for time, but will definitely visit again. Would have received 5 stars, but staff customer service was subpar. The only one with a smile was the male cashier. Yes, they have a cashier and no self checkout. (score!)”

“Friendly and has stuff that most places don't . Sometimes a little pricey on items but they carry the not so standard fasteners and items that I sometimes need.”

“Shop around for pricing especially for floor vent covers, the price at Home Depot is over double for the same product, their top of the line appliances too. The customer service is always good, but to all DIY shoppers, be very careful with this shopper named Tony. The guy himself seems decent and knows the staff so you feel somewhat okay to hire him on.He will then send someone else and trust me and learn from my drama, you’re better off struggling by yourself then to have his guy tear your project apart. Mine was simple, Gutters, his guy Leonard not just messed that up but managed to damage the roofing. Came back to fix the first problem to then still mess it up ( it’s not rocket science for God sake) now my gutters still look like they’re floating in the ocean during heavy seas with high waves.”
