This guy let some random woman walk in with my pawn ticket and get my items out no questions asked. Now I’m out of a lot of money. A ex got my ticket while I was getting things from her or whatever. We are not married nothing. I wouldn’t trust this company with a 5 cent piece of gum. Oh and only thing he said was sorry about that. No buddy your responsible

The customer service at this establishment is absolutely ridiculous. My husband's watch was stolen out of my car when it was broken into a month or so back as well as my son's backpack and school laptop. The woman I spoke to laughed at the situation and in her exact words said "good luck with that" referring to getting my husband's watch back. A police report was filed and still they won't tell us the name of the person who sold it to them. I never asked them to give me the watch back as I understand they purchased it from "said person". All I asked for was a little cooperation with information of any kind on the person who stole from my family. She had a disgusting attitude. I would have gladly taken a "I'm sorry ma'am we can not disclose that information" but no. I got the furthest from it. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Terrible place of business in my opinion.

Nice folks to deal with the owner is very knowledgeable about car audio and has an awesome selection of subwoofers for your vehicle I’ve been all the pawnshops and he has the nicest and biggest collection by far

Go inside the store to get a estimate on a Tiffany bracelet and a Dian Melouf ring only to be told its fake! I call my wife on speaker and guy hears my wife say she went into New York store herself to get them. Only for him to say shes a liar when she hung up! That didnt go well! Funny thats the 4th place i went and this is the first i hear of it being fake!!! So WATCHOUT PPL THIS GUY CANT EVEN RECOGNIZE SILVER!!!

I received awesome customer service from this very nice lady that works there (sorry, I didn't catch her name, but she works the jewelry displays). I also got a nice deal on a beaitiful ring that I am going to use as my engagement/wedding ring until we can upgrade. I highly recommend this place & I will return for any future jewelry needs!

I don't know who I spoke with whenever I walked in but he was pretty rude so I'm sure it's safe to say I'll never go back there I wasn't in that store for a whole 2 minutes. Now Barry's pawn shop next door it was very welcoming and friendly.
