IT WON'T LET ME LEAVE A 1 STAR REVIEW???I hope noone needs to check on a prescription or need to "TALK" to anyone in the pharmacy!! I've tried several times, and on different occasions! I am completely fed up with this place! So much that I am taking my prescriptions and my families and going to a different pharmacy!! This CVS is not worth the hassle‼️

There is a sign at the drive thru that says if you need something else when you pick up your Rx to let them know and they will have it ready for you at the window. I called in advance and asked for a product that I needed to go with my Rx. The girl told me that she did not have time to go look for it and she was not nice at all. She said that I would have to come inside and get it myself.

Stopped by at my CVS to inquire if the RSV Vaccine was available. Got my RVS & Flu shot in @ arm . No wait. Great Service. FYI, both arms got very sore & red. Took a Tylenol, better the next day. 2 days later, heat gone but tender to touch. Gonna get my covid booster 2 weeks. Thanks CVS!

My wife went by to pick up a prescription a few minutes before the pharmacy closed. She patiently waited in line and finally it was her turn. When she pulled up it was 2 minutes until closing time and the associate shut the bars in her face. Then continued to stare at her. Will be changing to a different pharmacy.

Someone randomly changed my insurance company on file (my carrier has not changed in years), I hadn't even been in the store in over 4 months and suddenly I go to get a prescription refill and price is $18 more, when I dug into it my insurance on record was changed to some random company I never even heard of. I really have to question the integrity of their systems to have this happen. No thank you!!!!

Yes! I went on CVS online to get my iPhone photos printed. I picked the photos I wanted to print and processed payment online with a huge percentage discount code included. Yes! Picked up photo prints at local CVS as they were printed and ready in about an hour. Nice older female clerk found and handed me my photos. Happy customer here.

CVS Pharmacy is important to a lot of people in the Lenoir City community. There are times when I called to speak with the pharmacist and no one answered the phone. Wait times exceeded 10 minutes. This has been so disappointing and frustrating. This is why I rated CVS in Lenoir City low.
