Kevin was very informative and knowledgeable. Had exactly what we were looking for and the price was right. Warehouse was quick and easy as it was in stock and we took the sectional with us. Complete transaction took less than a hour and half of that was looking around.

Kevin was incredibly helpful with helping us find what we were looking for. I didn't realize it was a normal RTG store along with the warehouse, outlet pieces, and scratch and dent.

My husband and I went in to look around today since we’re needing a few things around the house. We were greeted by Kevin, who gave us a quick rundown of the layout of the store and where we could find what we were looking for specifically. He was very informative, , funny, and allowed us to browse without looking over our shoulder, which takes the stress away from buying new furniture. We ended up getting a couch today, and hoping we can find other items when we go back to pickup next weekend since their inventory rotates regularly.

We went to rooms to go for our first time and DJ helped us! She was personable, sweet and friendly! She knew all the answers and was quick and attentive! Definitely ask for DJ when you walk through their doors.

I would not advise any human being to buy from rooms to go outlet or store ever.bought a bed off show room floor scratch and dent free while loading head board it was scratched all to hell told sales man didn't pay for a damage bed told me all sales are final.so every one be ware this is how rooms to go treat there costumers I'll be damed if i shop at one again.
