I came here on the hopes that it will have less people than murfreesboro branch. But I seriously owe the murfreesboro branch an apology. The machines here are 1000 years behind gym is so small and the machines are just the worst ever. I thought nolensville pk branch was the worst but lebanon disapproved that.

Come in today (10/20/24) out of state for a week. The guy at the front desk had a horrible attitude and no people skills. Luckily there was another associate at the front who was able to help me select my best option for my short visit. She was absolutely wonderful and showed me around the gym. The male associate stayed on his cell phone the entire time I worked out (3 hours). After leaving he was in his car sleeping. If it wasn't for the other associate I would have found another gym.

Update as of August 2024:
Got back to the gym, like my 5-6am crew. Nothing really stands out here from other PF.
Old:
Ok, so I have been calling every month to freeze account since Covid started. But I just got enough of employees who are not educated enough on this topic. They keep telling me they don't do that and unless I'm talking to managers noone know what they doing. I been paying annual fee because I want to go back, but now I don't want even talk to anyone there. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER!!!!!!

The staff is amazing, the manager and asst manager helped me in my time of need, when it came to my account and the Personal Trainer is extremely knowledgeable, kind, smart and is truly one of the best in TN! If you need to be trained.... He's the personal trainer to see.... And for those who don't know, it's FREE!

Not allowed at one location, I really hurt someone, for trying to pick up my bag while getting dressed, I had membership, he did not,no class location, depressing,a cancer survival person I really only walk now ,planet fitness is thousands cheaper than the Y.
