I encountered the most knowledgeable and sweetest young man my last visit on October 1st 2023, he was working in the garden section and I was on a search for pumpkins, his name was Taylor at the Lebanon Tn location, great multi tasker and had answers to my many questions , and he was quick on his feet to help me when I asked, it's hard to find good employees these days so to Lowes I would definitely keep him staffed I was kinda having a bad day and he really turned it around with his personality, thanks Taylor hope your future is bright! I will continue business with this location

We made the mistake of choosing Lowe's for flooring installation over a local business. Never again. The installers messed up the installation in multiple ways, including covering up HVAC vents. (Thankfully, we caught that mistake.) They threw flooring and trash in our landscaping, stole food, took 1.5 days longer than scheduled, etc. Lowe's also tried to make us pay hundreds of extra dollars for a major screw-up by the installers, which we refused to do. Two months after the original installation, after we spent the holidays in limbo and missed the chance to bid on a house, Lowe's brought in another installer, who actually did a good job. We still had issues with Lowe's lack of communication about supply deliveries and missing supplies. (To reinforce how poor Lowe's communication was even with their own contractors, both installers came in thinking they were fixing a few boards, not taking out and installing a few hundred square feet of flooring.) For all of the crap we went through, which included extra days of missing work, Lowe's offered us $250 in compensation, then $300 as their final offer after we wrote a long letter detailing all of the issues we had experienced, which we had already communicated with them in multiple phone calls and emails. Save yourself the headache, and hire a local company, not Lowe's. (If you do a quick internet search, you'll find that our experience is not uncommon.)

Where is my order?! I'm extremely disappointed with my most recent/current Lowe's experience. I am trying to purchase a refrigerator. We ordered one online on June 21, with an estimated delivery date of June 30. That kept getting changed to July 3, July 6, July 9, July 12, and July 15. And as you know with getting a new fridge, you need to plan accordingly with minimum groceries to move out of it so they don't spoil, which we have done now for over a month. On July 13, a gentleman calls and says they actually don't know when and if it will ever actually be in stock, so do I want to cancel my order or keep waiting. I decided to cancel.
On July 18, I discovered that Lowe's carries a different fridge I am now looking at, and it was in stock in Nashville, ready for delivery. I excitedly ordered it and got an estimated delivery date of Sunday July 24 between 8:00am-8:00pm. I called the fulfillment center during normal business hours the Friday before to make sure it was coming, so we could prepare our grocery shuffle inside the fridge once again, but waited on hold for 20 minutes with no one ever answering. Saturday morning I received text notification that the delivery time was updated to 4-8pm the next day. I got further confirmation of that delivery, the 24th when my card was charged and I got an email of sales receipt. We checked updates throughout the day and at 4pm, it said the delivery is 2 stops away. At 5:24, update is- "your order is on the way". Great. 5:40, "your delivery team has arrived." We cleared our plans and were at home waiting and watching the whole day. My husband, especially after the on the way text, spent most of the time waiting outside, or right by the window. We had just swept and mopped under the old fridge. All of our food is packed in coolers and waiting to go in the new fridge. At 6:00 he informs me he is still waiting. He never saw anyone, never heard a knock or the doorbell. Our dogs never barked (which we had inside to not bother the delivery team). So he calls the fulfillment center, waits on hold for 40 minutes, and they claim that no one was home and they did not make the delivery. They claim to have a photo of our house. The gentleman on the phone says he will talk to the drivers and call us back. We never heard back. The next day, today, he called again. He gets hung up on, gets transferred multiple times, waits on hold for over an hour (yes we have screenshots), and finally talks to someone. They said there are no notes on our file about yesterday, but they will add some and have someone call about rescheduling a delivery. We have heard nothing. It's now 3pm. So- where is my fridge? It's unreal that I am trying to spend over $3000 with a "reputable" company and cannot receive the product but instead receive extremely poor customer service day after day. Meanwhile, my popsicles in the cooler are melting, my food is spoiling, and I'm so confused how it can go so wrong and we can't get in touch with anyone to help. Why wasn't it delivered and where is it now? Wouldn't it have been on the truck? Online it says my order "is delayed but we are working on it".. are you? Did I mention I'm 38 weeks pregnant and we have been trying for over a month to get a new refrigerator before the baby comes? The whole customer service needs an overhaul because this happens constantly to so many people- it's completely unacceptable and Lowe's needs to do better!!!

Saturday morning in early spring and only 1 register open with 10 people standing in line. Not everything can go thru self check out. Manage your store labor better

Want to be lied to? Want to Wait 3 days for a phone call or delivery truck to show up, that Never happens? Buy something from this Store. And when you call to ask Why your Delivery didn't show up on the day they Promised. Or why you didn't get the call. They are clueless so They take your phone number, (Just to get rid of you) but have NO intentions of calling you back. Even Management Stephanie will hang up on you. Been playing this game for 3 days now. Got tired and got my money back. Don't waste your time on this ONCE Trusted Store, just go around the corner to Home Depot

Trying to find an item in the lumber section. There was only 2 of the items I needed only the self, I take the 2 and try to find an associate asked one lady she said that I need to go talk to the cashier that's in the lumber section. Get there ask the cashier for her to tell me that I will have to wait. As I look around there are like 8 people who work here really you only have one person that can help me out the 8 that were standing there!! Ridiculous!

Worst Lowe's I have ever been to. Cashier Diane was nothing but rude and inconsiderate. I went to use my sons military discount which I have always used at every Lowe's across the country I've been to. Dianne gets all snarled and ignorant about how that's bot how Lowe's works. I've even used it at this Lowe's. Well last time I will ever step into this store. The least she could have done was been polite about it.

I tried to buy 200 dollars worth of product today, but Donna would not let me use my military discount since I was using my buddy's card as I had left mine at home. I will be taking all my personal business and my companies business to Home Depot.

Prices are pretty reasonable but delivery services are incompetent and when I contacted the store manager he was pretty arrogant and not very concerned about my order. Would recommend buying from Home Depot instead.

I usually love Lowe's. However, DONT ever order anything from this particular Lowe's. I ordered itemson the 8TH. !!!! Spent 900$+ they charged my account and said it would be here the 30th. 30th came and went. No word. I called they hung up in me. I called again no one would pick up. I called the next day stayed on hold for an hour no one came back. I called and spoke to someone finally they took my number and said they would call back. No one ever called back. I went to Lowe's today and took two hours to find my items because someone put them on the sales floor ( how unorganized can you get) it should not have been put on sales floor at all!! Finally after rounding up my items they brought it up front and I questioned because the colors said different. The two girls were all indignant that I should ask to open and make sure that it was correct before I took it home. Luckily the box was just marked incorrectly. This place is a zoo! No one has a clue what they are doing. Oh and get this the girl asked "do you need help loading this?" Well DUH. No little girl I want to struggle for an hour. Each box weighs 154 pounds WHAT DO YOU THINK?????

Just tried to buy a LG fridge that they have advertised on line on sale so for $650 off. Turns out they do not have ANY in any of their distribution centers. I got with their Customer Service folks on line and it went from bad to worse. Basically told me u could buy another model for $900 more. Would not offer or give any type resolution other than buy another model. Even told me that it was not advertised so I sent them the link. I have always been a loyal Lowe's customer but I am now questioning that.
