under no circumstances should you work here. I don't care if you have 10 newborn mouths to feed. It is better to be unemployed. Awful conditions that are basically slave conditions and a management that is rude, backstabby, and deceitful. There is not a single thing management will say that is 100% true. Furthermore, the company will violate labor laws at every opportunity they get.

Trash company to work for. Cutting back already short break periods even more. I highly suggest all employees to leave them immediately without a notice.

As a truck driver whose picked up here almost weekly for more than 6 months, I've seen several issues that could easily be resolved. The turnover is obvious and the security staff that supposedly checks you in are rude, not trained properly and pretty much lazy... you have ONE job, do better!I won't name names this time!

Requested time off to vote and was told by my supervisor everything was fine. Got a call an hour before my shift that my assignment was ended. Doug is a cancer, the management has ZERO communication. They way they treat people is something I have not experienced before in the worst way. They lie about how much you actually work I was told M-F 4:30-1 ended up working 6 days a week and 60 hours without much notice for the Saturdays.

Awful place to work for. The people in the office are somewhat cared for, but the people on the floor aren't. The people working out on the floor are just another number.

Patrick Marshall, Ms. June, and Todd were EXCELLENT in Leadership, and you three earned the company a rating of 5 stars! Congratulations! However, there are toooooooooo many people who need to stay in their place and do their jobs without giving orders to temps. They apparently do not have the character, or educational competency (in comparison to many such as myself and countless others with a Masters from Trevecca 3.8) to instruct anyone on anything, similar to the older woman I worked with on Aug. 5 who supposedly prepared stock for the assembly line; however, all she does is walks, going nowhere, accomplishing nothing, but getting paid. All the while, I assisted in other areas. The cleaning service needs to have the restrooms/lunch room clean at all times rather than employees having to wipe off tables and bringing cleaning chemicals from home. If not, QUANTA is at a greater risk for COVID. I personally brought baby wipes. As a business owner ( Commercial cleaning) seeking temporary employment due to loss of work, and the closing of Nashville bars, I'm naturally on the lookout for unprofessional cleaners. JaniKing walks too much while accomplishing nothing. Who puts COMET on commode seats in a Womens restroom at 6:45 in the morning? My point exactly. I wish I lived closer, was much younger, and the job is well worth 15.00 an hour minimum, especially with booming technology. Much love to Nikki, T, Billy, Shawn and the crew.

Avoid this place if you’re truck driver! Takes hours to unload couple of pallets. They don’t care about your time.
