The worst towing experience EVER. This company needs to be shut down. The tower was rude didn’t speak English. I was charged $115 dollars for a 1.4 miles. I asked for a break down of the price and was told it would be on the receipt. That was a lie! The driver blamed me for their card machine being down and told me to shut up that I’m talking too much, because I was asking Cynthia for a price breakdown. If you can avoid using their service please do! AVOID IT AT ALL COSTService: Car towing

I set up a tow through my roadside assistance for a non urgent pickup scheduled in advance. After waiting six and a half hours past the appointment time with Tom’s towing company they rescheduled with this company. Within 30 minutes my car was picked up and on it’s way to the mechanic. An excellent company in a business known for mediocracy they really stand out. Excellent service all around.Service: Car towing

I got a flat on I24 on my way from Florida to Illinois at 8 pm on a Sunday, with no spare in my car. After waiting four hours for AAA who never showed up, I called this company. They were out within 45 minutes. Towed my car to a tire shop in Smyrna and and gave me a ride to a nearby hotel. The driver even let my dogs ride in the cab with me. They helped me out of a terrible situation and it is much appreciated. Excellent service, highly recommend.

Never showed up, I am not sure if they dropped the ball or my insurance company “MetLife“ (Home & Auto). But they didn’t have a clue when I called them whom I was or what they were picking up after the second call I made for an ETA. Even though I’m the 1st call they said 30mins and hung up immediately not even saying laters or goodbye, thank you. Nothing!

Its a family owned business. The owner is super nice. It didnt take him too long to show up. Really friendly. Will definitely recommend him to anyone and i will use him in the future.

My emergency brake was locked and was unable to release. I called a few friends and mechanics to help but It seem nobody know what to do. Except telling me to call tow truck to help. The lady answered the phone was very helpful and pleasant. Instead of towing the van he came to solve the problem without any hesitation. Excellent service.
