I've never encountered a business that refused to share prices over the phone. They claimed it's company policy, but it feels like they're trying to rip people off. Be careful—there are plenty of other stores in the area.

Sold me a broken item and refused to accept the return. I will not spend my money here anymore, and I would advise anyone reading this to do the same.
Edit: They have still yet to resolve my issue. Don't let their comment fool you. They don't care about their customers. Don't waste you're money on broken products.
