250 is the magic sleep number. $250 for a delivery fee to a home 1/4 mile away from store. There is no option to take with you, which I understand, but holding delivery hostage at that price is unacceptable. Need to exchange under their 100 day sleep warranty? That’s $250. (Nice warranty!). Need to return it bc all of this terrible customer service has you wanting to be done with this crooked company? $250. My advice….skip this fraud and go elsewhere. And be sure to add the tax the to $250.

They might have a decent bed who knows cause you’ll never get it delivered. After cancelling my plans for a redelivery today they have lost the bed and want to reschedule 10 days from now. Worst delivery service ever.

10/10 service!! We went in sleep number looking for a smart bed and Jeff was super helpful and very polite. He got us the best discount available and delivery was scheduled for less than a week away! Jeff also explained the warranty and all our financing options. We will definitely be back!!!

The guy in the store was very knowledgeable, friendly and gave us great suggestions while we were simply looking at new pillows. We are on our 2nd Sleepnumber bed which is very different from our 22 year old bed which is still in service at our house. We only updaged because we wanted to get the adjustable base which is amazing.

Great customer service. This was our second sleep number bed purchased. A lot has changed in 10 yrs and our salesman walked us through all the new features. We did end up staying with the I10. If if ain’t broke don’t fix it. No pressure sales and great information on acquiring a new remote for our old bed as well. Thanks.

Sales person was very knowledgeable, friendly. Gave us great information. I'm a long time customer looking to upgrade my bed. She made me feel at ease right away. Wasn't pushy she did an amazing job! We bought a new bed even though we were going to wait. I'm so excited to get my new bed

All the salespeople said hello when i went in the store. Scott was my salesman. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. Took me thru the whole store and showed me all the beds and how they worked and even tho I knew what I was looking for when I went in I changed my mind after he showed me the other beds. great store. cant wait to get my new bed delivered.

Mikayla was very helpful. She knew what our budget was and found the best fit for us. She did an excellent job of explaining how everything worked with the bed, financing, and set up and delivery. She is very knowledgeable on her product, warranty, and sleep number process. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good nights sleep.

BUYER BEWARE:BASES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE!Just like another post we weren't told that the $1900+ base is non-refundable so we're stuck with an almost $2000 pile of scrap metal because it won't work for any other mattress & my 91 yr old mom couldn't get any sleep using this bed even though her original sleep number bed worked great.Nobody mentioned that the base is not part of the refund.They can comment 'it's industry practice' but we all know that's bull caca, they are penalizing customers that decide their beds aren't worth the high cost &/or don't work for them!

The contoured Sleep Number pillows are really comfortable, and I went to this store specifically to buy some as a gift for my elderly father. The printed and attached price tag stated the cost of each pillow as $79.99, but when the salesman rang them up, the price was $89.99. And I mean a printed tag from the factory. We double-checked to make sure everything matched. I brought the discrepancy to the salesman's attention, and he claimed he could not override the computer register. So I asked him to call a manager or someone who could override the computer, and he called someone who said, "Too bad. We won't override the computer." So I ended up paying $20 over the marked price. I'm not sure whether this is still illegal, but it is clearly a bait-and-switch tactic, and I consider it fraud. I wanted the pillows, so I went ahead and bought them. Then they tried to get me to sign a sales document (for a couple of pillows!) that included language to the effect that I would not be able to complain about any discrepancies in pricing and other issues. I refused to sign it, but that made me think they do this kind of thing all the time--with much larger bed costs, people may not even notice until they review a receipt later. Good products but sleazy business practices.
