Joshua was my ringer up (aka- cashier)
Very polite he helped me find everything fine, he was very blunt, and self explanatory and self educated, in his work,
He did tell me to knock it off with the politeness, I did call him “sir” one to many times oopsies other than that, he was AMAZING.. he should get 20 stars if I had it my way

The struggle is real. Something was off. As a 63 yr old female, chances of getting honest car repairs are low. ?I was told I needed an alternator at one place. The next place said I needed a starter. But O'REILLY showed me the real truth. I bought a battery which they installed. Absolutely ??❤️? ? DROP!

This rating is for the O'Reilly Auto parts on magnolia avenue not very friendly staff one of the staff members refused to price match because I didn't have a receipt from another store he could have easily called the competitor and got the price was not willing to work with me at all
