Bought a 2024 Mazda CX50 from Jesse Doty, he was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Took the time to walk us through the car and give us in-site to our options. If you are hoping for an easy to deal with salesman who tries to legitimately help you, Jesse is your guy.
Jake Martin in finance was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. Made it a painless process.
Mazda has made a great product in the CX50 and we couldn’t imagine a better car! When other manufactures use subpar products to go with the flow of the industry, Mazda uses tried and true engineering and research to make a car that is safe, efficient, reliable, and fun (especially for the price tag)!
Great experience with Mazda of Knoxville, will definitely purchase more cars from them and I recommend them to everyone!

Don’t trust them!!! They told us 2 years free maintenance and cut us off after 2 oil changes. Will not buy another car from them, if I ever buy another Mazda at all.

Mazda has done an amazing job with my new CX-50. Everyone there that has helped are awesome people, (Jerich, Nick and Jake). They have went above and beyond on helping but also being so kind, sweet and very patient with answering all of our questions. They helped us to make sure we made a decision that was best for us. They never once rushed us and took all the time we needed to make that choice. I will be a repeat customer. You should really check them out for your self.

Thank you Mazda of Knoxville for a very enjoyable and positive buying experience. From start to finish everyone was attentive and professional. Shelley with Customer Service arranged an appointment for me with Jesse Doty in the sales department. Jesse answered all my questions and helped me select the perfect Mazda CX-5. He and all the staff that assisted made the buying process seamless and fun. Jesse introduced me to the sales manager (Eddie Naser) who wanted to thank me for stopping in. I didn’t purchase on my first visit. However with the friendly and professional treatment from everyone I met that first day I knew then that I wanted to give my business to these guys. A few days later I came back in and they helped me with the purchase of my new 2024 Mazda CX-5 Carbide Edition. Jake Martin in the finance department assisted with all the paperwork. Went to look at a car. Online and MSRP says one thing, get to the dealership they tell me it's $4000 more than online due to an "addendum". Told me that it's federally illegal for the dealership to list anything on the website other than MSRP. And then tried to force me to view other cars after I said multiple times I wasn't interested any longer. Avoid shady dealerships with arbitrary fees they "legally" can't tell you they're applying. Edited to add that Maria Yanni was who lost this sale. Avoid her at all costs as she will laugh in your face when you challenge her $4,000 addendum.

Very deceptive practices! The price listed on the website is MSRP, but there is a $4,000.00 addendum that they don't bother to tell you about while you a discussing a vehicle before you come in. Claimed they can't legally advertise the vehicle at the actual sale price, but why didn't they convey that during conversations prior to coming in? Seem preditory.
