My wife and I went to this Kroger today. It’s a very nice store! but the guy doing the bagging of groceries was horrible. He did not give a sh! He dropped 3 of the 4 apples I bought on the floor.He acted like did no wrong and proceeded to put them in our bag . My wife said to him the apples will be all bruised hell! And they were. The rest of our groceries were a mess. hummus turn upside down and just a big mess. Worst bagger I have ever had. The cashier was nice she gave me money back for the apples.Kroger needs to either train this guy better or get him attitude adjustment out the door!

The cashier at 9.40 am is a rude lack of respect I scare my son screaming and treating the client badly they should not have cashiers like that in customer service, racist

Piper and her crew are rock stars! She is friendly and kind and got us through so quickly! The only thing that slowed us down was me messing up entering my alt id which she also helped me with. The store is clean and has a terrific selection, especially if you are looking for meat/dairy alternatives. This is going to be my go-to Kroger!

I was doing some quick shopping when the cashier Deja proceeded to rudely tell me “you guys can help bag the groceries” as if she was giving me an order and I replied “oh I didn’t know we were supposed to help” (I really didn’t know to help as many times I’ve been to Kroger, nobody has ever told me) later making a nasty face at me. I barely go to Kroger and I wouldn’t mind to help but the attitude was no need. No wonder last time I came in some customer was cussing her out.

Super rude pickup delivery crew member, was an older lady with a skirt on . We have a new baby in the backseat,and she slams the trunk purposefully. Even after seeing him in the backseat while dropping off our groceries, it was so hard of a slam that it was definitely on purpose. It made our teeth rattle ,so I can only imagine what our baby felt . Better off shopping In store .

Enough parking, by the main toad and easy to go to. Checkout of groceries can take time due to less work force but still ok. Store design is a bit dull and lack luster

I live across the street and I frequent this store often. Really don’t appreciate being made to fill like thief… as I go through the self check out. The old rude red hair lady didn’t take her eyes off me. Very uncomfortable and unwelcoming feeling. With a full cart of food. One of my items came out of the bag.. and she still accused me like I was stealing..
