Shamir helped me get over a few obstacles with dieting, strength & mobility training, and flow rolling. Just being able to move better on the mats during jiujitsu makes a huge difference!?”

Everyone here is 5 star! Sign up now if you're looking for a forever gym! I will be returning for work in the coming months and will definitely be spending my time here. I can't say enough about the owner and his employees. I wish there were more places like this. Thanks for letting me keep my gains and enjoying the family atmosphere. Blessings ?”

2900 Alcoa Hwy, Knoxville“My favorite place to train.Coach Dusty and crew can help anyone with fitness and rehabbing injuries. My Doctor told after my knee surgery I can’t squat no more.. well they were wrong.Coach Dusty helped me and now I easily squat 300 plus pounds. So if you are just sitting on your couch wanting to get into shape or an athlete looking to stay fit, look no further than CrossFit Rhema.I’m 60 years old and been Crossfitting over 12 years and am in best shape of my life!! Give it a try!!!”
“OT is something I did in the past briefly. And then I had shoulder surgery and stopped working out for many years. Since then I’ve been diagnosed with diabetes, so I started To work out again. I started. off with yoga to help stretch my muscles that haven’t been used in years and try to gain some muscle back throughout my body. Then I needed more, so I went to OT. Everyone is very kind and understands that everyone’s fitness journey is different. They’re all very friendly and they push you to do better, but if you can’t, they also understand and say no more. They are your biggest cheerleaders throughout the entire Process. I love it there!”
9AM - 6PM
10839 Hardin Valley Rd, Knoxville“I was nervous of how hot it would be so I started the temps around 105. After 2 weeks, I'm up to 115 and loving it! Definitely take the free class they offer if you think you might be interested!”
“There are several Neighborhood Barre studios in the area, each one is great and offers something a little different! I love coming to this one whenever I can. The instructors are knowledgeable and will give you the burn you need in a workout! Oh, and the co-owner is a cute golden called Sully!”
“I love working out at OrangeTheory and highly recommend this gym. They combine cardio and strength training in just about every workout, so it’s perfect for those looking to gain muscle, lose weight, or meet endurance goals. It’s group fitness, but no judgment and the coaches give a lot of variation to exercises to make them doable for any fitness level, including prego women. The entire atmosphere is very encouraging and uplifting. I started at 1x weekly but have since upgraded to the unlimited plan.I also love that my membership allows me to visit any orange theory location for no s as additional cost! When I go home there’s two locations near my parents house in IL that I’ve visited, and I’ve seen more locations popping up everywhere.Highly recommend if you want a high intensity group fitness class”

124 W Jackson Ave, Knoxville“The best atmosphere of any gym I’ve been to. Super clean, especially the restrooms, someone seems to always be cleaning when I’ve come in. The equipment is all brand new.The gym is big enough for any workout I need to get done. Love this gym.”
“I've been to quite a few personal trainers, and they've all been good at getting more out of me than I would do on my own, but Alan keeps things fresh by never falling into a totally predictable pattern. I never know exactly what we're going to do, but I know there will be plenty of it.”
“Great atmosphere. Walls are sightly shorter than Onsight or Climbing Center but routes are more creative and satisfying. Good variety of walls. Can't speak too much to advanced problems but good variety of beginner problems.”

7808 Montvue Center Court, Way, Knoxville“I am an Anytime member visiting from out of state. My first question before going was safety at 5 am. The gym is in a nice, well lit area. Definitely safe. It was extremely clean, and the equipment seemed brand new and high tech compared to my home gym. Actually sad I can't come here all the time!”
“What I love about this Y location is that it is not large but has plenty of space and all the equipment you are looking for. Also, I have worked out in the morning, late morning, early and late afternoon and it has never been overly busy (such a plus). Very friendly staff and clean locker rooms. I wish they had more yoga/group exercise sessions and less kids running around, but that just reflects my own lifestyle and life situation. Go on the monthly group hikes with Ellen they are laid-back and an enjoyable time!”
11AM - 10PM
2222 Houser Rd, Knoxville“Although it was muddy from rainfall and vegetation is scarce during Winter months, we've hiked here several times and enjoy the views and simplicity of this section. The only lake access is to the right and just downhill from the trailhead. This area has a small, stagnant body of water which appears to be a rain filled quarry from many years back. There's only 1.8 miles of trail in this west section.”

7320 Norris Fwy, Knoxville“I absolutely love this gym. Everyone is pleasant and easy going! The management staff, especially Deanna and Trey are top notch and both are always available to help the clients here. They are also diligent about cleanliness and providing a germ free environment!”
“I've been a member for a year and surveyed the YMCA's all over knoxville. The first time I went to this one was 20 years ago, and the pool is exactly the same--dated and short. However, it is one of only two Y's in town with a dry and steam sauna, the other being the Tennnova up north. The facility may not be new, but it has a great deal of character (especially the yoga space which is great for mobility workouts!), and the folks working there are very nice. If you like a towel for your shower or sauna, you must bring your own, or buy one of theirs for a few dollars. Tennova north has a brand new facility and tower service, which is nice, but they are way out in Powell, so not always as convenient. A perfectly well run and clean facility.”
“I have dropped in to Crossfit Knoxville a couple of times now from out of town. Had a great experience both times. I have been to over 100 CF gyms (boxes) and this has one of the best vibes and coaching of any of them. Had David the first time. Jenn tonight. Members are friendly and welcoming. Doesn't matter if you are in great shape or just starting. Just stop in and check it out.”
