There is always 2 or 3 people working. The line is so long, and even for emergency where I can’t access my account and I lost my card they said I have to wait an hour to get help???? On a weekday where people have things to do, I feel like they should have more people working to meet the need. And they can’t complain they are short staffed because they are hiring

Not appreciated at all I am gold tier client member since 2014 till now still I had not expected this kind of disappointing situation. I had a appointment for 3 questions neither one of things helped me out or figure there senior banker name INTERFELD COLEBROOKE at this location who works in Bank of america I had a appointment over here on 26 march 2024 he took my 2 & half hours to just know my issues even I have explain him i was having an appointment at dr at 3:30 pm since i am pregnant than also ge wasted my time rather trying to help me either one of things from 3 questions which is frustrating really makes us made also which I was having I was having an situation that I can't talk over the phone it was all about my credit card so I have made an appointment at this location and I have been over there with lots of hope and courageous help in that situation I was but I got disappointed I didn't appreciated it I only have bank account in this bank of america since 2014 since I m here in this country never had any issues but just had arise a kind of situation with credit card so I need to ask help from actual bank bcz credit card provide to me from them only but I have never known that it will be not at all helpful customers service and understanding things if we are genuinely trying to explain them also. Now never visit at this location for sure and trying to think I am going close my bank account sooner the later. But never appreciated by this . Very very very disappointing and not understanding ? situation. Thanks for being not helpful.

For those who don’t know, this year Bank of America settled a class action lawsuit where they were found to have stolen about three quarters of a billion dollars from their members in the form of fraudulent fees and I personally will no longer do business with a bank that steals from its customersAside from all that, this branch is especially terrible. Long wait times and very few employees manning the teller stations.

Stole money from one of my customers closed my account and told me nothing. Had to tell the customer to refund the check just in order for me to get paid again. Don't wast your time this is a very corrupt bank!

I have been a Bank of America customer for over 20 years. Went to this location to deposit a money order. The teller refused and told me to try another bank. I should take her advice and close my accounts!

All I needed was access to an ATM. I arrive at 6:45 on Monday and doors are locked. The door clearly shows that the lobby opens at 7 AM and that is where the ATM is. I wait. 705 approaches and doors are still locked. I get on Yelp and it shows that they don't open until 10 AM on Monday. I am very disappointed and my time was waisted. They could at least update their hours!
