“I arrived at this location after leaving the Verizon store down the street. Despite the fact that I had been a Verizon customer for over two decades, I was tired of their refusal to change the IP address allocated to my phone. I needed to change my IP address because I moved and when I searched for restaurants or other services, the results were always in my former city even though the location option was on and browsers locations were correct. I had spent hours on the phone with Verizon tech support, who provided several excuses but refused to fix the problem. So I tried the corporate store, but they, too, were unwilling to assist.I came at the AT&T store still frustrated but Devin quickly put me at ease. He greeted me enthusiastically before I even told him why I was there. I told him what I needed, and he quickly took care of everything while also making some excellent suggestions. I was a happy owner of a new iPhone Pro Max when I left. After a few days, I can say that AT&T's services are equally as good as Verizon's, and I am glad I switched!”
“Really nice service. Enjoyed a pleasant friendly conversation with the lady's and men today. They were very quick with service, they extended a friendly offer to wirelessville to get screen repair. They are really nice here. They have a great selection of phone and family plans. The cell reception is Fabolous. I never have any problems with our service when traveling on America's highways. “AWFUL SERVICE PROVIDED BY STAFF...BOUGHT THEIR NEW HOME INTERNET SERVICE AND HAD TO GO BACK 4 TIMES BECAUSE THEIR EQUIPMENT WOULDN'T WORK... I BEGGED THEM TO PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH A NEW EQUIPMENT AND THEY REFUSED TO...THEY WOULDN'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK EITHER... THEY WOULDN'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR DAMAGED EQUIPMENT...I LOST A LOT OF MONEY DURING THIS SITUATION BEING THAT I WORK FROM HOME AND WAS WITHOUT INTERNER FOR OVER 2 WEEKS...AND NO ONE ANSWERED FOR IT....THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION IS REALLY, REALLY BAD AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL....THEY HAD NO MANAGER ONSITE...BAD EXPERIENCE...DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR NOTHING !!!!”
“Metro by t mobile is the best phone service I have ever had,10/10 will be back. The manager there sam was very helpful "after our awful service at the east stone drive metro"he helped me and my wife with 3 new phones and it was super fast and affordable by far the best phone store experience I have ever had. I WILL BE GOING TO THAT STORE FROM NOW ON!!!”
“Jason C and Buck went above and beyond to get my phone working. It was a total of two days that my iPhone 14 would not activate. when we were just trying to do a simple upgrade from iPhone 11 to iPhone 14 Jason C stayed late until 1045. Just trying to get it to work. Then jason C and buck discovered the issue was in the back office and nobody was approving my activation, an eSIM and they had to delete my old number start me on a new number and then switch back to my old number. I just wanted to let you know this is one of the best T-Mobile stores i have ever been 2 and will never go to any other store again there the best Buck and Jason C are both amazing at what they do they have awesome customer service skills I look forward to being another Another 9 years with them as a customer thanks again Jason C And Buck”

“Got cell service thru them. It's ok but I think with Metro by T-Mobile you get more GB of unlimited before they start to slow you down than you get with Cricket but that's just me and my opinion”

“I doubt these guys will see this but today I got locked out of my brand new S22 Ultra while having them install a screen protector and I just wanted to send my gratitude to the two gentleman that worked with me for nearly an hour to try and resolve the issue. Although we could not sort it out, they tried literally EVERYTHING. Even going as far as putting my sim card in their phones to try and receive the Samsung verification text. I was very flustered and probably wasn't the most appreciative person in that moment but these guys really went above and beyond in trying to help me. I'm Leaving town tomorrow so I likely won't get the chance to go in and say thank you. One guy had a magnificent beard and the other was kind of short with short hair and also owned an S22. If anybody sees this and works with them, please pass along my many thanks to them both and let them know Samsung got me sorted out!”
