The best pharmacy! Best people, always helpful!! They compound, they help you with supplements, they carry high quality products, but never overcharge for RX. I drive past all the large chain drugstores on my 30min commute, but I don't care. Medicines being correct, employees who know their job, knowledgeable advice always available, and being treated with kindness & respect are the reasons I will continue to go out of my way. And the biggest reason I found was:For YEARS I paid my co-pay at CVS (Rexall, Rite-Aid & whatever else it was) $10, $30, etc. Some were $200+. I assumed that was how it worked. But at Mac's, I paid $2.30. (Just an example) Instead of charging me $10 or $30, my copay, they charged me the cost of the meds. Often MUCH lower than the copay! All these years I paid the extra with no question. CVS (Chain stores) pockets the difference. Between doctor & drug, insurance is killing us. Thank you small business pharmaceutical!!Mac's is the BEST

We stop here every time we come to Kingsport. They have a great variety of items, all high quality. We almost always spend between $50-100 and are pleased with the assistance if needed. Great place! Thanks.

The last time I came here to purchase something for my mom the lady in the handicap section was very unfriendly! This time, there was a young man who helped me find a wrist brace. So glad I came back.

Ran out of surgical supplies, our home health said they'd bring it with them when the nurse arrives to do a reval. Well that company didn't deliver and the 1-1/2" deep wounds needed to be filled with kerlix gauze and packing strips. And this place had it. Gonna send them the bill.

Mac's has always been presumed to be pricey. I phoned to check price of a compounded drug in case insurance doesn't cover. The pharmacy was very nice & helpful and to my surprise, it wasn't expensive at all

We took a compound prescription there. We were told 24 hours to get it filled. I called, and they gave me the time to pick it up. My husband drives from Gray to Kingsport to pick it up, and he still had to wait over an hour. I guess because it was my furbaby, they thought it wasn't important. She has a tumor in her liver, which to me her meds were very important.

This is by far the most disorganized Pharmacy. 2 different times i have left with someone else's scripts. They can never seem to get my orders right. It's odd how my 3 different doctors say they electrotricsend scipts but they never get them.

This Pharmacy and store is a decent place to consider as a 'go-to' place for a number of items. There's a decent selection of health related foods and snacks; all situated in the middle of a pharmacy with a helpful staff. The place is a bit of a pain in the backside to get in and out of; but it's only a minor concern. Do try the place if you're tired of the chain store or hit and miss pharmacy sections of the grocery stores.. And, do try the not really healthy cookies they offer on a shelf which should be labeled.. ah.. who cares ! Enjoy the staff.. always helpful.. a little hillbilly .. but.. very helpful..

This pharmacy not only offer prescriptions for the human kind but with a script for the animal kind as well.They have a great selection of oddities as well, but I'll leave that for you to check out!

Always welcoming, extremely knowledgeable,friendly and courteous staff makes the whole experience beautiful. The owner is always eager to help you with whatever he can no matter how busy he is. Very well organized place real delight to just go and shop and get medicine. Also the place has the best curb side appeal and hometown vibe.

I was amazed at how clean this place is. It even smelled clean. Not like a cleaning solution type smell but as in it was like taking a breath of fresh air walking in the doors. I'm still in awe of the staff and the cleanliness of the place.
