“#1)This location: Always friendly Loan Officers. Tellers too busy to be friendly, I GUESS, but that's fine! Decor FAR BETTER but I do miss the warmth and comfort the past decor evoked. Current color scheme feels too cold especially in Winter. Brrrrrr! So I avoid the building like a plague. Yet the employees warm it right up! Thank each of you! You're all great! Maybe try adding touches of warmth inside (suggest gold, cranberry/burgundy, forest green, deep creamy bisque for decor items and wall pics/graphics. Oh and definitely BLUE & GOLD X'MAS LIGHTING this year which will look WARM & FABULOUS! Yeah, I'm a interior designer at heart. May become a pro designer SOME day???”

“I have been in many banks in my life...Karen Pearson was exceptional! I appreciate the care, patience, and willingness to figure out a way that was demonstrated a couple of days ago when I came in with my aunt. I had driven 1.5 hours to make some account changes, sadly missing a needed document. After making a couple of calls and Karen messaging associates, we were still able to get everything accomplished that was needed. This saved me from driving 3 hours round trip. Karen represents HTB very well, is professional, personable, and proficient. It was a pleasure to meet and do business with her.”

“Notice the majority of bad reviews are based on car loans it's a credit union not called knoxville auto loans people. You cash checks and get money out. Car loans are secondary not primary. Had no issues with KTVA and located all over east tennessee. Can deposit checks through app. And have an amazing fraud protection service. Great credit union. 5 stars. Don't listen to haters on car loans.”

“I was a customer of Chase Bank for around 25 years and we moved to an area where no Chase Bank was near. I can't say a lot of good about Chase: they were going to start charging a lot for a checking account each month, I also found a lot of restrictions. Anyways, we bid farewell to Chase and decided to go for Regions as they had branches in Bristol, Kingsport Johnson City and Knoxville; our son is a student at UTK and the branch is just off campus. Overall impressions: feels small with a bigger footprint, very friendly, budget conscious, and an overall different feel than your "big banks." People actually care, they build relationships, etc. I couldn't be happier.”
