I moved from the Abingdon VA to White Pine TN seventeen years ago and had previously bought my furniture at Zak’s. Since moving I was shopping and buying in Knoxville. Just bought a new home and thought I would make the trip to Johnson City last Sunday. I’m so glad that I did. We were greeted by Dianne and she did a great job identifying our needs. Zak’s has a greater inventory and better pricing than anyone in Knoxville. Everyone we interacted with were done a great job. I would recommend you shop at Zak’s for better selection and bang for the buck!

Zak's has a great selection of furniture. We were shopping for a recliner. The one we found was so comfortable we got two. Lynn helped us out. Very helpful she explained the warranty thoroughly, which we got because the chair we got has alot of moving parts. We will be enjoying our chairs for years to come. We will definitely shop there again.

Kelli was excellent to work with when we were looking for new dining room furniture. We came back a second time to add to our living room and she helped us find what we wanted again. Great customer service!

My experience purchasing a mattress at Zak's was pleasurable, mainly due to my sales professional, Lynn Anderst. She was very knowledgeable of the product; she was always quick to respond to any of my questions that I texted to her. She also did not put any pressure on me to buy. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I will be recommending her and Zak's to my friends.

I have been very pleased with Zak’s Home Design Services. There was an immediate comfortable rapport with Cheryl. She listened and seemed to understand my wants and needs even when I was unsure myself. The fabrics choses that she made were excellent. Although I have not seen the final product yet, I’m sure that I will be very pleased.

This was our last stop for the evening and it was near closing time. Lynn was awesome! We were greeted with the most friendly person who made us feel like we already knew her. Lynn did an excellent job and setting us up with exactly what we needed. Also a shout out to Lynn and the girls that hung around past closing to get every thing settled. Everyone went over and beyond. Thank you so much!

If you are in need of a very wonderful sales person when you come to the store. Please see Jason, he was absolutely amazing. Knew exactly what he was talking about, and was very helpful.I would like to add to my review! I had two amazing delivery gentlemen, Brett and Zach. I got final delivery today December 20 after a delay on my part. They were both absolutely amazing.

Recently purchased living room furniture from this store and am well pleased with the experience. John the store manager was very helpfulin answering my questions as to whether or not the furniture would fit through my front door. He was spot on in saying that it would fit. The delivery guys did a fantastic job. Thanks to Jason, the salesman. Great furniture store. Highly recommend.

I knew what I was looking for when we went in. I was able to share these needs with Lynn and she was super helpful in pointing out every piece that satisfied our criteria. When it came time to make a decision she gave us space to speak privately. This was our second purchase from Zak’s and we will definitely be back.

There was some confusion on my part when I ordered my parents a new sectional. The delivery was perfect as well as set up. The issue was one of the armless sections pictured wasn’t included on the invoice. Luckily I called Zaks and the nicest lady named Jennifer was able to get the extra section for us on the same day with only a $71 difference. Thank you Jennifer ??

Kelli assisted me in choosing a bedroom suite. She was knowledgeable and very pleasant. She asked about my preferences in terms of design, finishes etc and knew the available designs and manufacturers, leading me to a quality product that I’m very satisfied with. She took care to find samples of wood finishes and options, assisting to assure I selected something most likely to work for me. She was pleasant, professional and I’m sure a great contributor to the mission of assuring customer satisfaction. I was very happy to have her assistance and would ask for her help again when I have future needs.

My wife and I recently purchased a queen bed, mattress and foundation along with outdoor porch rockers and swing for our new to us home. Our salesperson Cheryl was extremely helpful and took great care of us. The delivery guys were awesome as well. Every aspect of our experience at Zak's was phenomenal. We stopped at the clearance outlet first and were helped by Angela- she was fantastic. We then went to the main showroom and were helped by MaKenzie. She was absolutely fantastic. She gave us space, answered every single question we had, was openly friendly, and allowed us to make the decision that best suited us. Both Angela and MaKenzie are excellent representations of the brand. We were also very pleasantly surprised by how helpful people were when dealing with financing. Every question we asked was answered. 10/10, we will be back!
