Tried calling so I could speak with someone at the location. There's no option to talk with someone at all. Crappy. Also, even their automated system is messed up and thinks you say something even when you don't. Just go to UPS.

I have had a few experiences where I have had to ask for assistance in getting packaged delivered. Usually because shippers put incorrect information or system error. Every time I have needed help from either the counter personnel or carriers they have always gone above and beyond. I appreciate that. Given the crazy amount of mail processed daily I am amazed at the average delivery time.

Had a few packages go missing. Said they were delivered 11 days ago and thought I would never find them. Finally decided to go here to see if they could sort it out. Not only did they find everything in under 5 hours, they delivered it to my apartment too. Great service.

I use this post office all this time everyone here is wonderful except the new guy up front that always has his hat turned backwards. He is lazy and will do anything he can to get out of working. Ill wait extra time in line so I don't have to deal with him. Please refrain or promote him to customer!

Our business had an issue w/ receiving a slip in the mailbox that said, "Sorry we missed you while you were out" due to a letter that required a signature to be delivered. This happened two days in a row. HOWEVER, no one came to get a signature. We have a whole office full here. All they did was put this slip in the mailbox both days and didn't even try to get a signature. I "tried" to call the local office only for the phone to never get picked up. Due to that I call the USPS customer service line to report since no one at the local office could be reached. Come to find out they were supposed to also "scan" the item so a tracking number would be available for the article number given on the slip. The carrier didn't even try to get a signature so of course the customer rep. also advised that they did not scan the item/code in order for the tracking to show up in their system. Very disappointed that "twice" the carrier lied about trying to get a signature when we seen them just put the "sorry we missed you" slip in the mailbox with the rest of our mail and drove off. Hopefully, this will get addressed so it can be corrected. I'm sure if this happened to us twice, it's happening to others.

Not only did they not deliver my package because of my neighbors dog, it is also impossible to speak to someone who is actually from this location on the phone. There are multiple ways to get to my apartment door, and the neighbors dog was on a lead. All they had to do was walk a little more. I have had bad experiences here before, but this is actually ridiculous.

Ok it's Christmas season busy yes but it is very unprofessional to stand at counter and complain about how busy it is and how people are in front of the customers wanting to mail their stuff and guess what we pay YOUR wages. Just like any other retail places. The time for that is in the break room.

This actually isn't the closest post office to my house, but it's the one I choose to come to every time I need to ship something. They are so kind and so helpful--even during the stressful holiday rush.

Just witnessed Kevin here at the post office be an absolute efficiency machine. Super impressive, and with great customer service to boot.

My wife mailed a 16 pound box of VHS home movies to her sister. These movies contained all of the videos of her kids growing up, her parents, her wedding and more. When the box arrived it was empty. We went back to the post office and a "supervisor" came out. We told him what happened and his ONLY response was "there's nothing I can do about it here". How about oh my, I can't believe that happened. Let me see if I can help track it down. The woman's whole life was in that box, and the man had not an ounce of empathy or desire to assist. I'll just leave it at it didn't go well from there. My wife went back in and he gave her a number for supposedly the recovery center in Atlanta, and the number was not in service. How does someone drop an entire box of VHS movies, retape the box and send it on it's merry way?!

Worst post office I've been too, multiple rude associates/ management. Even though this is close to my workplace and have given them multiple opportunities to improve they end up always disappointing and I now just avoid the place.

Answer your freaking phone!!! I have been trying to call this location for 4 days. Over 50 calls and NO ONE will answer your call. What a joke, if I weren't in TEXAS to to find a lost package that was last at their location I would have been in that office so quickly. USPS is turning into, scratch that, is a joke

Some of the most friendly and helpful USPS employees I have ever met. Love this location.
