I wanted to like this place. The gate works and it's secluded. We had our 5th wheel here for about 2 weeks and then sold it and there were no issues with that.The problem is there is absolutely no customer service and the owner is clearly not professional as you can see in other reviews where instead of resolving issues he just mocks people and ignores them. We were somehow charged for 2 months instead of 1 when booking, (when the contract clearly stated it was for 1 month). It was a glitch on their end. When trying to resolve it they just don't return phone calls or care. We tried for months before leaving an honest review, and the owner still does not care.BEWARE IF YOU PLAN TO RENT HERE. It's really not about the $39, it's about the fact that they steal and do not care about their customers.

Dishonest company. If there was a way to leave negative stars, that's what they deserve.Do not rent here. You will regret doing business with them.

Worst company ever! I rented a space for 1 month and had a contract that clearly stated that. They charged me for 2 months and when I contacted them about it, after leaving several messages was finally told the owner would have to deal with it and will get back to me. I never got a call back and now they will not return any calls, texts or emails. I will be reporting this company and filling a claim against them.Do NOT do business with them! They will cheat you.
