I tried to make photocopy today. I go 10:30. She didn't help me. She's too rude. I go so many time there another girl. She helped me. And she busy with her phone.??

I went in for a very simple laminating job and it was done incorrectly. I had 12 red/green double sided strips and was given 4 pages of them individually laminated.
The associate did not ask to clarify by the time I realize that I was already paying. Waste of 12$. I unfortunately clicked on no receipt.

Print department was very helpful and knowledgable. We had a welcome sign for a surprise party printed on foam board. They made sure the image was of good quality before printing. The item was ready for in-store pickup quickly. Will use the store again for printing and in-store pickup.

I have been doing business at this location for years. Now, Terrible experience. Management was very unprofessional. I recommend the Office Depot in Kingsport.

Office Depot has a huge inventory of tech and office supplies and it's the kind of stuff that I use. Shopping is pretty straightforward with a helpful staff. I also like that they are collecting money for a local elementary school.

No customer service what so ever. I would have been an easy sale. I knew what I wanted. 2 32 in monitors. But everyone was too busy sitting down talking to their co workeres

I needed a copy of a picture on a 8x11 sheet of paper turned into a 20"x 30" picture. I handed the picture to the customer service rep at the copy center, told her what I needed and in about 3 minutes she was able to produce exactly what I needed and it wasn't very expensive either. Thank you Office Depot! I will definitely be back.

They have quite a variety of office supplies and copy and services. They were a little short on personnel but they were helpful and courteous. Good place to get 28 lb paper for laser checks
