Took my low mileage Mustang in for an oil change. Gave them all the info. The oil change was double what they quoted. Double. I'll be talking to Ford Corp tomorrow.

The worst dealership I've ever dealt with, they never repair your vehicle on time they let it sit there for days at a time and don't tell you they don't have parts. They say they've ordered parts then you take your vehicle in for service and then they tell you to be another week before parts come in. I'm going on three weeks and still don't have a tailgate fixed. Stay away from Johnson City Ford, unless you're not in a hurry to get your vehicle back.

After searching through used vehicles for the last month do to current high price used cars, I found Johnson City online. They had a vehicle I was looking for with car fax which was important to me. I had a 2.5 hour drive and was able to negotiate the deal I wanted by phone with Ashley. As I didn't want to waste most of the day if it wasn't gonna happen. Most reasonable salespeople I have dealt with in the last month of looking. Blade is the actual sales guy at dealership. Ford Escape was exactly as advertised and looked immaculate. Thank you guys for your superb customer service and prompt replies.
